Great condo!

We loved this location! Such a nice condo is a perfect location. Really pleasant experience and the host was very responsive! If we ever visit Nashville again, we would absolutely stay here!

Perfect place

Loved the property. The beds were so comfortable and the property managers were super helpful. They gave us a bunch of recommendations of places to try. Great place!

Great condo!

We stayed at this property recently and I cant say enough great things! The host was very responsive, the condo was clean and comfortable. The view of the river was nice. It was a reasonable walk to Broadway for night life. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Condo in Nashville

The property was great with a nice view of the river. The location was a walk or scooter to all the downtown spots. Also the hostess Mindy was a pleasure to work with.

First timer

We stayed here for 3 nights it was the perfect location. Pool was clean and not that busy in the evening. Condo was very quiet. Owner was quick to respond to any questions. Fair pricing as well.

Nashville girls weekend

My girls friends and I enjoyed the stay and the area. It is about 25-30 min walk to the nearest grocery store. We did walk to it but took uber back. Plenty of restaurants around the area to choice from and the farmers market was 15 min away it is a must see. I would do this location again and our host was great.

Nashville condo

The location was really good. Our host Mindy was amazing to work with! She is very prompt in her response and always there to answer any questions. My only comment is the the furniture wasn’t very comfortable and could really use a TV in the master bedroom.

All good!

Great location, loved being walking distance to downtown and Germantown (so many good restaurants! Germantown cafe for breakfast, Butchertown Hall was a favourite for dinner, and Bearded Iris for craft beer). Excellent communication with owner. Honestly, we have no complaints. It’s a great home base to explore Nashville and the surrounding area. Perfect amount of space for two adults and a teenager. Thanks Mindy!

Great place to stay in Nashville

The place was very close to Broadway Street and easy to walk to all the venues on Broadway. At night we would take a Lyft back to our place. Our unit faced the river and it was very quiet. Our place was well equipped with kitchen utensils and bathroom toiletries. I would highly recommend this place to others planning to come to Nashville.

Long weekend in Nashville

Our group of 5 had a great 4 nights staying here. Mindy was very communicative and let us know what was and wasn’t working as well as giving clear directions to her property. We ended up using Ubers to get around but it isn’t a bad walk (15-20 min) to Broadway. I’d definitely stay here again when in Nashville.

No elevator

The condo is great and I love that the parking lot is covered. We were there for Christmas and had a lot of extra luggage to carry in. There is no elevator that we could find so we got a lot of exercise but this would be a problem if we were older or had a handicap.

Great experience!

There were 5 girls staying in this rental for a birthday get together! It slept 5 people comfortably! And it was within pretty good walking distance to downtown and the Gulch!

Wonderful stay!!

Mindy’s place was perfect for two college roommates and husbands as a Nashville reunion destination. Condo was well appointed and comfortable all around. We especially enjoyed the relaxing view of the river on the deck. Location was perfect for accessing Germantown restaurants and ease of access to Nashville fun using Uber. Would definitely rent again!

This property was ideal for my time in Nashville. I will stay again and recommend to others..

Very nice, clean and accommodating property.. close to downtown yet away from the city and in a quiet area. Surroundings were perfect for outdoor runs and walks.. Mindy was very helpful and and professional. Highly recommend the place..
