The Best Place Ever !

We absolutely loved this cute apartment ! Everything was so clean & we had everything we needed.We loved the neighborhood & The beach was just a short walk away. The hosts were so kind & helpful.We def. would like to stay here again!

Terrible

Our first night there the A/C was not working nor was the oven.. only the stovetop. Called Gino about it and I was told that everything was in working order so I must have broke something. My boyfriend the next morning went to the breaker box which was outside the apartment above the A/C unit and turned on the switch because it was turned off. Called Gino again and told him that the A/C was now working but not the oven still. He sent a handyman over which we had to meet at the apartment ourselves between 2-3 even though we were out. He should have met the person there not us. The handyman informed us to unplug the oven and turn off the breaker to it because it was unsafe. Gino stated the part would be there the next day which it was not. The handyman told us it would not be in until the following week.. after we checked out. Reached out to Gino about this once again but no reply. During checkout when I texted him about being out and also inquired about a partial refund due to not having a working oven as it was stated it would be he has never replied. I would never rent a place from him ever again.

Best little get away!

Gino and his lovely wife helped make sure our stay was perfect! We had everything we needed and were a short walk away from the beach! Definitely staying here again!!

Relaxing getaway

We had such a memorable and relaxing weekend staying at this rental. The condo is located literal steps from a beautiful white sand beach and pool and a very short drive from the bustling St. Armand’s circle. If you want to disconnect and spend a few days in paradise, then this is the place to do it! We spent the afternoons on the beach with the host-provided wagons, toys, beach towels, and chairs, dined at the circle, and enjoyed the spectacular sunsets in the evening. The condo itself is well stocked for any basic need or comfort you may need. The bed was very comfortable and everything is in pristine condition and clean. We are locals so we will definitely be back for another staycation weekend very soon!

Nice Condo - Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in the first floor condo. Lido is such a quiet place and just what we needed to decompress. The condo was clean and included not only beach towels, but beach chairs. We loved the location since we could walk to St. Armands. The area is just beautiful. The location was great for getting to other beaches in the area. The only issue we had was the tv volume. It was so loud and universal remote would not let us change the volume. We didn't want to wake others so we didn't use the tv. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay!

Great location!

The Beach is literally right up the street! Everything you need is provided: beach chairs, umbrella, cooler....just pack up and go! The coffee maker quit on our second day, I contacted Gino and a new one was delivered the very next day! Location✔️ As described✔️ Communication/Responsiveness✔️ Cleanliness✔️ Cost✔️ Highly recommend!

So lovely!

The home is beautiful and comfortable! Being able to walk to the beach (where you will find many cool, intact shells) and so many restaurants was awesome. It made for a very relaxing time. Very thankful for an understanding host. Only suggestion would be to bring your own pillows if you like a smaller pillow, as the ones on the bed are quite thick. 😊 But the bed itself and the whole house is very comfortable!

I met Gino wife the day we checked in and she was so nice, she walked me around the house and had a packet of everything we would need and had a listing of restaurants and things to do in the area. 15/10 recommend staying

Great little condo walking distance to the beach

This was the perfect stay for my son and I. Parking was right there and the condo was adorable and exactly as described. Very clean and had everything we needed for a beach trip. Perfect size for 1-2 adults sharing a bed and a child. The owners were very friendly and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Lido Key!

We had a great stay! Everything was just as described. We were very close to the beach and close to some great restaurants at St. Armands Circle. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. Will definitely stay again the next time we're in Sarasota.

This was so far one of the most beautiful stay vacation, the hosts were amazing and the property was idyllic, the location was perfect and overpass our expectations,we're so glad for the decition to book in this place our return is already in our pocket list for the future.

Older but nice

My husband and I with our 6 yr old spent a week here. The location is amazing. It is a short walk to Lido pool and beach. A slightly longer walk to the circle but not far. The owners are very nice and easy to communicate with. They provided beach toys(my daughter especially loved the boogie board) beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, a cooler and a wagon to carry everything. You really only need to bring a swimsuit and sunscreen. We cooked one night and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The only thing to note is the unit is older. It looked like they are upgrading a little at a time. Our unit had a couple of holes where outlets had been moved and the whole not patched and there was a corner of the ceiling had the popcorn peeling off. There were cracked /chipped floor tiles. That being said there was nothing that deterred from our trip or made us feel unsafe. The area was quiet at night and I took trash out at night by myself and never felt unsafe. Would not hesitate to stay there again. In fact I hope we get to stay there next year.
