Detta uppdaterade tre sovrum, två badrum på andra våningen bostadsrätt ligger i den idealiska gated fem-stjärniga Windsor Hills resort ligger bort från huvudvägen (och trafik) men bara två miles till Disney. Det ger alla nödvändigheter för en rolig och avkopplande resa. Med nya möbler i familjen, matsalen och sovrummet 2018! De fyra platt-TV-apparater, DVD-spelare med surroundljud och en iPod-dockningsstation och Nintendo Switch ger underhållning efter en lång dag i parkerna. Det finns ett fullt utrustat kök samt tvättmaskin och torktumlare!

Anläggningen ligger bara en kvarts promenad bort, och har sin walk-in pool med NYA Vattenskydd och SPLASH PAD. De omfattande lekplatserna är helt inhägnad och ger en säker plats för barn. Det finns också ping pong och biljardbord, träningsanläggning, spelrum, biograf och så mycket mer! Vi ligger bara en kort promenad från basket-, volleyboll- och tennisbanorna, sätter grönt, grillar och picknickbord samt överdimensionerad parkering. Vi är väldigt barnvänliga med ett pack n play, barnstol, paraply och Chicco barnvagnar i full storlek plus en sängskena i enheten för din användning!

Innan du kommer kommer en Starter Kit att placeras i hemmet för din bekvämlighet. Satsen inkluderar: en svamp, en diskmaskinflik, en tvål med provstorlek, 1 tvättmedel, 1 tvål för tvål och toalettpapper per bad och en sopapåse.

Fantastic Condo!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, modern, and well stocked. It had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of beach and bath towels. The beds were so comfortable and the temperature in the condo was perfect. The washer and dryer were huge and worked perfectly. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with our family!

Universal and Sea World

This property was an awesome home base for our week long vacation. We visited Universal Studios and Sea World which were a short drive away. We enjoyed the extra space and the community amenities that this property had for the family. Additionally parking was great which made easy in and out. Would definitely recommend.

Vacation

Great property to stay with children of different age groups. Resort had daily activities and the pool was amazing. Location was perfect for the different amusement parks. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Fun for all!

Myself, husband, 6-year-old daughter, my mom, brother and his wife all stayed together for a long weekend at the condo for Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween party. Not even a full 15 minute ride to magic kingdom, and perfect amenities that were fun for the whole family. Great experience, will be back again!

Lovely condo in great location

This condo was absolutely lovely and the online pictures are an accurate representation of it. The condo was neat and clean with everything necessary for our stay. The location is convenient if you’re heading to ESPN Wide World of Sports/Disney. If we return to Orlando, we are booking again without hesitation.

Perfect location

We came to take the grands to SeaWorld and Aquatica. The condo was perfect. The kids loved having separate rooms. The space was well laid Out and decorated tastefully. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare and serve a meal. Large washer and dryer with detergent provided. The pool and the kids splash pad and slides were just what the grandparents needed. We were able to relax while the grands played after spending all day at the parks. We would highly recommend this beautiful condo.

Overall good experience

Overall the place was nice. Easy and convenient to all locations. Communication with rental company easy. Short walk to welcome center and pool, which was wonderful. The baby items (high chair, pack n play) need to be cleaned. The trash bin was full with trash from days ago and we could not put our trash in it. Would consider mocking back for our next trip!

Very Clean Property

This property was clean and adequate. The reason I rated it a 3/5 is twofold. 1) The beds were not comfortable in the master and the twin rooms. The master bed was way too hard for our taste and the twins were very cheap. Made for a low weight person, not my teenage son. The second reason is the air conditioning. The unit asks you to keep it at 75 degrees at all times and never open the windows. This is way too warm for my taste. The fans do not help much in the bedrooms as they didn't have a very high seed and were very loud. Also, be aware there is nothing at all provided but a tiny bar of soap and some small kitchen items (a sponge, some liquid soap). We got 2 trash bags for our 11 night stay given to us. There was nothing like even salt and pepper in the kitchen! Such a shame to have to buy all of those little items and have to throw them away. I wish they allowed people to leave things behind for others like other units I have stayed in. The unit does not provide hand towels, which I found strange. The place was very quiet which was a plus and everything was in working order. I would not choose to stay here again. The distance from the parks was excellent if you are wondering about this!

Condo is nice, but neighborhood is very shaky

Loved the apartment - it was clean and comfortable and gave us lots of space (for 5 people). The only problems with the unit itself is that the sliding door has no lock on it (catch mechanism on the door frame is missing) and there were ants (but hey, it's Florida - everyone has ants and other critters). Location was great - right off 192, which is very close to Disney and our golf courses. The entry system into the resort is absurd. They create huge lines that extend (at times) out onto the main road. Once you get your parking pass you can use the other gate so it's faster, but any Uber or Lyft vehicles have to wait in that line every time (so a lot of them won't even come there, unless you request to get picked up outside the gate) The other people staying in the resort were loud, obnoxious and dangerous. My adult son's Uber driver honked at a car that was blocking the entrance for several minutes, and a gang jumped out of the car and threatened to kill everyone inside. They said they would drag their dead bodies out of the car. They were even wearing gang colors. They followed my son and his girlfriend to our room, threatening them the whole time. Lots of people like this were in the resort - booming their music all day and dumping their trash in our bin, etc. Just classless people (not all, but a lot). So I would not stay here again based on the neighborhood, but it is a nice unit and a good price (now I know why)

The property felt safe and secure from the moment we checked in at the gate. The pool facilities were perfect for our family. The condo was absolutely perfect and comfortable for our family. This place was like walking into your own home! Very comfortable, clean and easy. The communication and explanations of how to use everything was perfect! They have thought of most things- supplies, towels, labeled light switches, etc. The value, comfort and ease truly was worth it.

Perfect!!

Clean, spacious, all amenities we needed. We stayed with our son, daughter in law,and 2 children. It was perfect location from Disney. 15 minute drive. Near plenty of restaurants. Bought food for breakfast. No issues. Just what we needed and wanted.

It did the job!

We were going to Universal for a few days and this rental worked out for our family of 5. The beds were nice and the place was pretty clean. This is what a I call a "bare bone" rental where you need to bring everything you'd need, including soap for the bathroom sinks and salt and pepper. It's about a 30 minute drive from Universal but super close to Disney! The line to check-in when we got there at 5 took an hour, which was a major pain. I highly recommend coming later in the day if you can. We had driven for 2 days to get there and we were beyond exhausted by the time we got there, so waiting an extra hour in line was brutal. The slides for the pools were also closed, which my kids were bummed about. But if you want a place with space close to Disney, this could be an good option!

Great Place

Loved our stay here. Condo is well stocked with what you need. The community is awesome as well with a great pool and splash pad. Playgrounds to play on for any rest days. Stayed with our 3 kids (10/8/4) all were comfy and the stroller was a lifesaver.

Our stay at Windsor Hills exceeded our expectations. The unit was immaculate and had everything we could have needed during our stay. The resort itself is beautiful. The pool area is spacious and clean. We had no issues throughout our visit. We will definitely be back. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for our family!

My parents are the true owners of this wonderful unit and they frequent the property. My husband, 2 kiddos (13 and 10) and I join them about twice a year for some family fun.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property has a wonderful location and a kid friendly resort. Of course, Disney World was the main draw for the grandparents and grandkids alike! We love being offset from the traffic but close enough to pick up groceries on our way. (Order online at Walmart and pick up -- easy!)
