Loved it

Clean, great location. Pictures on VRBO need updating as no one wants to see a picture of a remote or a shower curtain, etc. people want to know what kind of coffee pot there is and what the views are and the rooms look like. Would stay again.

AMI get away

WE needed a two bedroom two bathroom unit despite there only being two of us and this was one of the few we could find. The location was perfect. The unit could use some touch ups. Would have appreciated salt and pepper. The dishwasher flooded and they had someone there within the hour to fix it. Beds were super comfortable. Ease of walking onto beach or to pool wonderful.

Great space for families, 1 block from the beach!

We were in town for a tournament in Bradenton and wanted a place near the beach to also find some vacation time between games. It was perfect for our needs. One block from the beach plus a pool - beach towels & chairs provided. Spacious rooms and recently updated, very clean. White sand beaches - beautiful. The only negative was staff were parked in our designated parking spot every time we came back to the property so we can to wait for them to move their cars. We would definitely come back to the property and Holmes Beach!

Beach fun

Great Holmes Beach location steps across the parking lot/pool from the beach. Management was extremely communicative. Condo had everything we needed including deck furniture which I was previously told was not there. Bonus!!!

Family beach vacation

Nice property adjacent to beach access. Recently updated. Basic furniture , comfortable beds . Least appointed rental we have visited. No basic spices , cooking oil , Kleenex , toilet paper and trash bags. The biggest disappointment was pool not useable due to broken pump. The day we left , pool repaired and appeared to bezz Ccsd working. Great location ! Comfortable rental for 4 to 6 .
