Can't beat the location. The wraparound balcony right across from the beach is wonderful! The owner has provided literally everything you'll need, especially in the kitchen. We only stayed for 3 nights, but it's very suitable for a longer stay. Nice that there are 2 parking spots.

The unit was clean and in a great location. Walking distance from beach, restaurants and shopping. The wrap around deck is amazing! They are still renovating from the hurricane.

Perfect property and location

Immaculately clean, excellent amenities, responsive and helpful host, amazing location. We have nothing but good things to say about the apartment. Everything clean and works well, plenty of kitchen amenities, towels, beach chairs and cart for them and umbrella. The deck is like new as are the outside equipment to watch the sunset right from the deck. Since everything faces the west and sunset, no sunrise light gets in. Very convenient reserved spot behind the house right by the stairs to the second floor. The location is 50 feet from the beach; and a block or two from the downtown area that has restaurants, bars, and mini golf/ice cream. There are also restaurants right on the beach. Beach itself is white sand like powder and water is perfect. You can see dolphin and manatee right from the beach or the nearby piers. Rent this place you won't be sorry.

Salty living

Had a great experience here, couldn’t ask for a better location! Very short walk to the beach and walking distance from a lot of restaurants/shopping. The unit was clean and the porch was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. Would definitely recommend!

We returned for our 3rd time! We absolutely love it here. Captain Mike is constantly upgrading his place to make sure his guests have the best stay possible. He has thought of everything! Perfect Thanksgiving getaway

The two bedroom unit was perfect size for our family of 3 adults. Very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, nice that it included beach chairs, cornhole, and other toys to enjoy the beach. The best feature for us was the large deck, with the high lifeguard style chairs which allowed us to see over the railing and watch the waves roll in while we sipped a frosty beverage! Plus the location allowed us to walk to shops and restaurants. Very much a plus in a place where parking is sometimes a challenge.

Nice Place!

Very good experience-property was clean and well kept. Capt Mike was very helpful and very responsive when needed. Wonderful private deck with great ocean view. N main road so traffic can be a bit noisy when on the deck but quiet inside the condo. I definitely recommend!

Great location

Lovely property across from the beach. We were able to walk everywhere in the area - to dinner, shops, beach, marina. Really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, toys. Only thing to be aware of is that the house is near the corner of a busy interaction, so there was a lot of traffic and traffic noise - hard to hear inside with the nice new windows/doors, but made crossing the street with little kids a bit of an adventure.

Great Well-Maintained Property for Beach Getaway

Mike, Thanks for your great hospitality last week! My family had the best time, and your property was a big part of it. Our favorite time was enjoying the sunsets from our own private balcony. When we made the reservation, I didn’t realize that the wrap around 2nd floor deck was just for us to enjoy! What a pleasant surprise. Water views from almost every side The property was so well maintained, and you have thought of every amenity that one would need. We have been to AMI 4 times, and this was by far the best property that we have stayed, and we will definitely be back! All the best Mike! BT and family

Clean!!! Comfortable !!!! Functional !!!

We throughly enjoyed our 6 night stay. Everything you could possibly want was st your finger tips. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beach chairs and beach towels were convenient to grab on your way out the door. The grill was clean, easy to use within a courtyard to include table and chairs . The wrap around deck was awesome. We enjoyed sitting out with coffee in the am n a glass of wine in the pm. The bathrooms were clean. Linens were clean, and the mattresses were comfortable . It was two of us, but had son and girlfriend for the weekend . Never felt crowded nor tripping on top of each other. Just s great vacation experience! Will definitely be back !

Great location and views!

My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic anniversary trip at Mike's place. Self check-in was a breeze and Mike did a very good job of communicating with us. The wrap around deck and views of the gulf is obviously the gem of this rental! We loved taking in the sunset from the deck each night. Inside is very clean, charming and has everything you need for cooking and the beach. The cooler, chairs, umbrella, and cart were so useful to have. We loved the location of where we were at. Only a couple minutes to walk to Bridge Street and all of the shopping, restaurants and bars there. We had plans to go up to Pine Street at the north end of Anna Maria one day, but once we parked our car - we never wanted to leave the area, and had no reason to. The beach across the street was not very busy with other people. It was so nice to feel like you had the beach to yourself. I would highly recommend Mike's place to anyone and we would gladly return!

A REAL 'FIND' !!!

OK, the truth IS I want to give this 1 star
for so many reasons. In that way, maybe the person reading this will quickly go to another rental site and it will always be available for us. However, I could not do that to Mike
great landlord (think Jonathan on Property Brothers)! Mike takes much pride in ownership and truly cares that people enjoy their stay. He is always responsive to questions, has great recommendations and takes impeccable care of his property (new windows, deck and exterior paint this year alone). This Villa has all the criteria we required 
. location, sandy beach, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, updated appliances ( washer & dryer a real plus), comfortable furniture, a fabulous wrap-around deck with incredible sunsets, great parking and is impeccably clean. We were fortunate to also have lovely neighbors. We could not want more and definitely look forward to returning.

A weekend getaway—can’t beat the location! And the view! Just fabulous!! The beach is steps away, right across the street—and so close to great restaurants. LOVED sitting on the front porch watching the traffic go by, taking in the view of the ocean, and of course the sunset! Property owner was quick in responding and offered great customer service. I would for sure stay here again!

Capt. Mike, owner of Salty Living Rentals & Property Services (SLRPS) Purchased this 2 story / 4-plex located right in the center of beautiful Bradenton Beach because of its location and proximity to the Beach, City Parks, and the Bay. The property has plenty of room with 5 on site parking spaces (for 4 apartments), two assigned parking spaces for the upstairs villa, one accessible from the front (west) & / or one from the rear (east, separate entrance) of the building. Addition daytime public parking is on the east side of the building a short 1/2 block away for a wedding or day time visitors.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

When you stay here you can park your car and forget it (recommended). Everything you need is right here within walking distance or a short FREE Island Trolley ride away, including Historical Bridge Street, Bradenton Beach city pier and much of the BEST the island has to offer.
The Sand Dollar white sandy beach has natural wading pools just past the surf. Sometimes there is almost no surf at all, which is popular with relaxation seeking rafters. Wave runners, sail boats, kayaks, beach or charter scuba (ask diver, Capt. Mike or the local dive shop), and other watercraft rentals are just a short walk down the beach. Just let Capt. Mike know what type of water sport or leisure activity you wish for before or during your stay and he'll be happy to guide you in the right direction

Wedding parties can walk from this location for all beach wedding arrangements.
