NEWLY RENOVATED, 1 Bed+/1 bath, Amelia Island Resort

This is a great one bedroom one bath weekend retreat! The condo is located on the oceanside but not ocean view - making for a short convenient walk to the shore. Recently updated with new furniture, paint and flooring. The building is located on the beach so all you have to do is put on your flip-flops and walk out of the door! The bed sizes are 1 king and there is a sleeper sofa- ideal for small families or couples.

Condo was great. Not facing the beach but just about a 100 yards away. The pool was heated and really nice. The condo is clean and has been updated. Highly recommend.

Condo was nice and a quiet place to stay. The only drawback would be they could use a new mattress. Even though the den furniture was new it wasn’t very comfortable. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

The unit is very secluded I would have preferred the beach view. The people upstairs had a child that ran around every day and a dog that whined when left alone. The bed is hard as a rock. Everything else was clean and in working order.

Great for last minute bookkng

Our trip was booked 24-hrs in advance and the online listing was very descriptive making the selection easy. All good expect we would have liked a larger frying pan and propane BBQ grille. We will be back.

Perfect place for the two of us

Clean and spacious. Was perfect for our work trip. We were able to enjoy the pool and short walk to the beach. There was also a nice area for grilling with tables. We would stay there again.

The resort was very nice! The condo was clean, but the shower had mold along the tile in the back part of the shower.

Hoping to come back

The property as well as the condo are very well done! We enjoyed our stay immensely. Pool and beach access were fantastic. Only criticism I have which could easily be remedied is the single ply toilet paper and the single bar soap furnished. Very little cost would be incurred to upgrade these disposable items that would increase the specialness of our visit

Great experience! Very clean and comfortable condo. Nicely decorated. Only negative was that the check in process was unclear and we had to go a few places to get our parking pass. Other than that a great experience and highly recommend!

Clean/Great Location and Price

Spent four nights in July. Wonderful location. Walk down the stairs and around the corner and you’re on the beach. Great walking and biking paths. Recommend.

Quick Getaway

The resort is absolutely lovely offering an assortment of restaurants, walking trails and shops. The condo is small, but ideal for a couple. The condo is updated and well furnished. Most rentals have a small stash of spices, condiments and kitchen items that usually get stacked up from previous renters, but that was not the case here. To avoid large grocery purchases for items that we wouldn’t use/bring home, we ate out the majority of the time. Good news though, there are a vast variety of local options. The overall cleanliness was okay. Great location, that we’d love to return to.

Amelia island get away

The property was just as described. Great location to the pool & beach. Loved the bike & walking pathways. The condo, however, needed a good sweeping and a little extra cleaning upon arrival.
