Vakna upp till vackra soluppgångar och hisnande havsutsikt från denna Ocean främre våning (tredje) bostadsrätt! Du kommer med hiss från din privata parkering nedan.

Detta är en bra par reträtt eller familjesemester plats. En balkong med täckning på 20 fot ger majestätisk utsikt och lugnar dig med mjuka havbris och ljudet av rullande surf. Två sovrum, ett badrum, med stort vardagsrum, matsal och kök utsikt över stranden.

Slå på stranden tidigt på morgnarna för att jaga hajtänder, snäckor eller bara sitta med en trevlig drink och titta på delfinerna rulla i bränningen och leka! Börja sedan dagen med ett roligt golfpaket (golfpaket ingår inte men finns att köpa på ön)!

Ligger 30 minuter från Jacksonville och SUPER Bowl 2005. Tre mil från Ritz-Carlton och en tio minuters bilresa till den historiska viktorianska hamnbyn Fernandina Beach, där kobbestgatorna pryds av hem i viktoriansk stil, god mat och pittoreska butiker.

Mycket unika shopping i centrum och på Amelia Island Plantation. Bara några kvarter till den historiska War Fort Clinch State Park, där du kan vandra, cykla och fiska från en 1/4 mil lång brygga.

Det finns en king size-kudde i MB, en dubbel i rummet och en bäddsoffa. Mina lägenheter är i TIPS TOPPFORM! Jag är stolt över mina hyror och stannar ofta i dem själv för att kolla in saker och njuta.

Clean, great location, great view, Worn out furniture!

Living room furniture is worn out, way past it's life Bathroom has a new vanity that is too big for the space, it's only a couple inches from the toilet, so you have to lean towards the bathtub to sit on the toilet. Unit is clean, great location, great view, Poor furniture

GREAT LOCATION ON THE BEACH

Clean and cozy with a great view of the beach and the ocean. Bathroom and master bedroom needs maintenance. Kitchen needs better fry pans. Whoever checks the place after renters leave need to make sure all electronics advertised work. DVD player did not have HDMI cable.

Lovely spot

Fabulous quiet beach location. Fantastic balcony space with great space to sit, relax, have coffee or a meal. As most say, if living room furnishings would be updated to something more comfortable and less worn out, I definately would be a repeat customer. Otherwise, kitchen was well equipped (bring your own spices other than salt and pepper), bathroom nice. Bunk bed in second bedroom best for children, but was okay. Master very nice. Pleased about how quiet the area was, with so much room on the beach. Good experience.

Could use some updating, but overall a great place

Quite dated, but very clean. Comfy king size bed in the "master" with a bunk with a single over double in the 2nd bedroom. Furniture is very dated. Almost too many accessories in the place - felt a little cluttered. When we arrived there were some big holes in the bedroom screens - big enough for a bird to get through - we took the initiative and taped them up with Gorilla clear tape to keep bugs out. Balcony is great - great views. Cooking utensils are dated as well - again, too much in the cupboards - could hardly get stuff in and out as far as pans and pots. The place was clean...comfortable and we'd probably stay again if we couldn't find someplace else a little more updated. Communication with manager was great. Quiet and peaceful area.

Pleasant stay, wonderful view!

We chose this condo for its location and view and we were not disappointed. The condo is clean and comfortable. We were minutes from everything we wanted to do. The property owner provided all of the information we needed before our arrival. We had no need to contact her during our stay.

We are only an hour and a half away, enjoy the area very much. The view from the balcony provides great sunrise views.

Large balcony and beautiful views

We had a nice stay at this condo. The balcony is huge with great seating and a table and chairs. Also, a nice view from master bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked. My only worry in the spring/summer time, when it is probably full, would be parking. There is limited parking and you are not assigned a space. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful beach!

Close access to the ocean was the most important part of our vacation. We certainly got what we wanted with this condo. While not the fanciest place I've ever stayed, it had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation at a reasonable price. The king bed was exceptionally comfortable. The owner went out of her way to accommodate us. I would definitely return.

Great location

Bad start as the unit had not been cleaned. But the owner responded quickly and a crew was there cleaning within an hour. After that the trip was fantastic. Great location!

What an AMAZING BEACH VACATION

So quiet and peaceful. The condo was gorgeous and very clean. The balcony was awesome and we used it everyday, all day. Sleeping in the master bedroom with the windows open to hear the waves crash was the best. Great place for a family's vacation or a quiet getaway. I give it 5 stars. :)

Nice beachside stay

We had a really nice time during our February vacation. It was right on the beach, clean, easily accessible, quiet and exactly as described. No issues nor any surprises. We were given a timely and precise overview of the condo from the property manager. We highly recommend this site. We would visit again.

Great location and view

Very clean for an older building, location was perfect being right on the water. Bathroom was recently renovated. The living room furniture was tired and not comfortable. Appreciated having a washer and dryer and full kitchen that was well stocked.

Nice view but dated

Gorgeous view but furniture is very dated and even somewhat comical. Side chairs way too big for space and we took a sheet to put over the couch and pillows. Cleaning had not been done prior to our arrival after check-in time, but owner was very responsive and refunded the cleaning fee.

Fabulous view

This property was adorable. The kitchen was will stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. The location was perfect. The view was too die for and you can see the dolphins play from the balcony. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Ocean Front View

This is a perfect location for ocean view and getting out to ocean. Very clean, easy to find and to gain entry to condo. Kitchen had everything you need to cook and bedrooms were good size and fairly comfortable for sleeping. Bed linens were soft. We did not use pull out couch. This did not bother us, but towels were older and somewhat frayed and living room furniture is well used. Washer and dryer in the unit worked great. Enjoyed the area of condo and the town center. Elevator was a great help getting our things to the condo as well.

Older property but very clean

This is an older property but very clean. If you don’t like a retro feel, it is probably not for you. The location is great and we enjoyed our stay very much. Will I stay again? I don’t know because we enjoyed it so much next time I want to bring family too and these days 1 bathroom is just not enough for more than 2 or 3 folks.
