Come relax at OUR HAPPY PLACE II. The beach and location of High Pointe are very desirable and provide for a wonderful vacation. Plus we now have 4 pickle ball courts and a tennis court, all newly surfaced!!

You are invited to stay in our highly sought after, High Pointe Resort, off of scenic Highway 30-A. The location is perfectly situated between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. You can enjoy all the beauty of the Gulf without the traffic, crowds and high rises. The condo has been decorated by KWG Designs. The swimming pool is not heated.

Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beach getaway provides accommodations for up to 8 people. All new flooring throughout the condo, no more dirty carpet! The master bedroom has a brand new KING SIZE bed with its own en suite. The oversized tiled walk-in shower is brand new, along with the bench for towels and clothes. There is a gorgeous view of the lagoon pool from the bedroom, as well as a 55" tv.

The second over-sized bedroom has has custom built-in bunk beds. 2 brand new queen sized Sealy beds and a bunk that has 2 full size beds. There is a 43" flat screen tv in this room. The second bathroom can be accessed from the guest bedroom as well as the hallway. The guest bathroom has a new tiled shower, new bathtub and new toilet.

The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you would need to enjoy a home cooked meal with your family. (Of course, you will need to supply the food) Some of the items available to you are: a coffee maker, a Keurig, a blender, and a toaster. The open floor plan allows for plenty of space for family dining and informal gathering to watch tv, play games or enjoy the views.

For those in the group that prefer to watch tv, they can do that on the 65".

The proximity to the beach allows you to sit and enjoy the Gulf view from the large balcony of our 2nd floor condo. We have brand new patio furniture and it is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the peaceful sunsets. Our balcony also overlooks the gorgeous lagoon swimming pool. The private access to the beach makes all the difference to your beach experience. It leads you to areas of the beach that are far less crowded than the public access areas. That means that you will have plenty of space for your family to spread out and enjoy the beach. If you have not been to High Pointe Resort, you are in for a treat. The beautiful white sand is the perfect contrast to the emerald green Gulf water. This beach is our favorite because it is so clean and beautiful.

Please compare our total price to our competitors. We do not charge a lot of the fees that others charge which makes our overall price less. Most importantly, I am the owner and manager of the condo. That means that you can call or text me anytime during your stay to answer questions. You won't have to deal with a call center or any automated prompts. We are here to help make your vacation easy and memorable.

When it is time for a break from the beach, there is plenty to do in the area. High Pointe Resort has a large lagoon pool, a hot tub, shuffle board, playground and newly surfaced tennis court and pickleball courts for you to enjoy while vacationing. A short walk across the street brings you to The Village of South Walton. There you will find several local shops and eateries. Main street in Rosemary Beach is only 2 blocks away, which offers even more boutiques and restaurants. You can also rent bicycles onsite. There is a nice, mostly flat, 18.6 mile scenic bike path that runs along 30-A. Bike rides along the path are a great way to explore the neighboring areas.
