Det största och nyaste huset som finns i det exklusiva, privata, gated Sunset Beach Community. Detta orörda skick, 3 sovrum / 3 badrum hemma ligger på den södra (stranden) sidan av 30A och är en kort promenad till de många restauranger, butiker och attraktioner (stänkskiva, lekplatser och mer) vid Rosemary, Seacrest och Alys Beach .

Bara en 90-sekunders promenad till stranden och den exklusiva uppvärmda, främre poolen med utsikt över havet (en av endast ett fåtal på 30A) endast för Sunset Beach-gäster. Ta ett dopp i poolen och sedan ner trappan till stranden!

Sunshine @ Sunset har nyligen uppdaterats med avancerad möbler, professionellt dekorerad med en klassisk kustnär elegansdesign och en av de få omvända öppna planlösningarna i samhället med vardagsrummet och köket på översta våningen, öppet för utsikt och ett överflöd av naturliga solljus. Du hittar inte fler fönster och naturligt solljus i något annat hem på Sunset Beach!

Varje sovrum har sitt eget badrum, och i hemmet ingår fullt utrustat kök, rostfria apparater, bänkskivor i granit, travertin och trägolv, platt-TV, trådlöst internet, öppen spis, stort däck, gasgrill, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, privat parkering för två bilar och en öppen planlösning med vackra plantage fönsterluckor i hela översta våningen.

Perfect stay

Came down for a beach wedding. Owner was great. Allowed us to check in a little early - I know that’s not always an option based on occupancy but it was very helpful. Would definitely come back

Great location

Overall a great stay on 30A! There were some minor inconveniences due to the beach and community’s rules. The beach was jam packed every day due to all the 30A beach restrictions and the fact that more than 1 community accesses that small plot of sand. However, if you set up around 6am, you can get a good spot. House itself was cute though a bit dated and in need of some repairs, but overall clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay, and the location was wonderful!

Short fun stay

The condo was great and it was in a secured gated community. Very convenient to restaurants and shops and we loved the beautiful wind sand beach! Busy holiday weekend but we enjoyed our stay. Loved having access to the cruiser bikes as well.

Great Place! Great Location!

Perfect place to vacation with a family of all ages. Highly recommend! Having a young baby, it was excellent to be so close to the beach, the pool, shops, and food. Could spend a week here and never need to go further than a 15-minute walk away from home. A well-equipped kitchen and grill were very handy for evenings relaxing inside.

Wonderful!!

The house was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the owners were very responsive. The beach access was a 2 minute walk and all the Rosemary Beach restaurants and shops were less than a 5 minute walk. We had a great time and we will definitely be back!

End of summer getaway

Perfect location

Beautiful home perfect for a family. Close to beach with access to a community pool that always had availability. Lovely walk out deck perfect for early morning coffee and late evening cocktails. Bathrooms modern with excellent showers. Kitchen had everything for the chef as we love to cook.

Wonderful Christmas vacation

We had a wonderful 5 nights, including Christmas, at this beautiful home. The location was perfect, situated in between Rosemary and Alys Beach. The weather turned unusually cold but it was still a wonderful stay....can't wait to return in warm weather! This house will be the one we will choose when we return to the area. We loved the use of the bikes and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for making meals.

Excellent Getaway

This was a very last-minute getaway, and we're so glad we stumbled upon this available property. The location is perfect, and the walk to the beach is short. There was nothing lacking in this beautifully decorated home. We felt right at home the minute we stepped in the door. We brought our own beach chairs, but we found that there's a deck box with four chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys. We'll definitely be back to this property, and we look forward to staying at a different property that Ryan owns in February.

Great Stay in Rosemary Beach

Rosemary Beach is a great location and this property is in an excellent position. It is somewhat worn but to be expected for this area. Check in was not clear and fortunately I had the code to enter the house where the card keys etc were found. I would suggest the owners need to put together some sort of comprehensive book about the property (TV codes, trash can schedules, area information about best grocery stores, seafood markets, etc) I am used to referring to such a book in most of my VRBO stays. This property did not have such a book.

Relaxing and restful

This property has a number of amazing features that added up to a relaxing and restful stay. There are three bedrooms, two downstairs and one upstairs, each with its own bathroom. The upstairs is the primary living area and it’s open and airy with plenty of seating. There are also three outdoor sitting areas. The upstairs balcony was a favorite to have a coffee to start the day with the downstairs porch swing seeing lots of use later in the day. Of course, being just steps away from the pool and beach doesn’t hurt! And just a few blocks in either direction are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. Finally, the whole neighborhood is an amazing area to walk, featuring calming landscape finishes and interesting architectural elements. Ryan was also helpful and responsive while we were there. A good host always helps!

We bought our home in Sunset - South of 30A because we wanted a place within walking distance to the beach and activities to spend time with friends and family and relax. We often walk or bike to Alys Beach for morning donuts and coffee with our girls, spend the day on the beach and then enjoy a cocktail or two on the green courtyards at Rosemary at dusk. We have already created so many wonderful memories in our handful of vacations down there.

Sunset Beach is an awesome place for families! Our kids love the heated gulf front pool to enjoy after a day at the beach. Our home is nestled between Alys and Rosemary and easily walkable to both and the wonderful shops, restaurants and activities. This community truly is a wonderful find!
