Christmas 2024

We booked the two neighboring condos for our whole family and had such a wonderful time. The condos were clean and beautiful and very comfortable for all of us. I would definitely book again.

Family Vacation

I would definitely return to stay again. We were on the 22nd floor and the view was amazing. The property was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice as well as the exercise room. The elevator was quick. We slept well and had a great time.

Great Stay!

This condo is great! Close to anything we wanted and needed. We travel to Panama City quite often and first time staying in this condo and we will most definitely stay again. This condo is great for the price. Well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Everyone had their own bathroom and space. Beach access is wonderful!

Great place to stay

I really enjoyed my stay in this location. Any of the issues we ran into the property manager and maintenance guy were very prompt and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable. The only issue I had was there wasn’t anyone on the property to enforce the property rules and every night the porch would fill with smoke from other porches. Nobody to enforce no smoking in the pool deck either. The parking garage is very tight and was challenging with a large vehicle but I managed. Great location nice beaches and spectacular views from the 22nd floor.

Great condo

Condo was clean and plenty of room,great location beautiful views,parking is very tight I drive a Chevy 2500 and couldn’t even get my truck in parking garage had to park in paid lot for the week and walk back and forth to condo and lot…recommend you to drive a small vehicle or mid size to be able to park in your assigned spot other than the parking every thing is great at this condo

Garage was only issue. Terrible

We will never stay at this property again l, only because the garage is terrible. I drive a truck and I wish I had known the garage is not designed for large vehicles. Stressed all week about parking each time we had to leave and return. Someone said they damaged their vehicle due to small garage. Room was very nice, but never again just due to garage.

Our condo was well decorated and clean. There was an exception with one of the bedrooms had a broken leg and all the beds within the condo were extremely uncomfortable. It was a shame that it was a lovely condo but we were unable to truly relax. We all dreaded going to bed, due to back pain from those beds.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the view! Had a few problems but quickly resolved. Worst part is the parking. Good if you have only 1 vehicle but we had 3 and had to pay to park. Needs a few updates. Elevators are slow and there not enough carts for such a large condo.

Beautiful place

Very nice but shower curtain was moldy, pillows were old and stained. TV in first room on left doesn’t work. Their were 30 of us all together we had 3 4 bedroom condos and our 3 bedroom one it was so nice to all be in same place. We try to go as a family 30 to 50 of us we usually Cruise but this was a nice change when we were right there together. All and all we would go again. Thank you

Spring break

When I arrived the door was unlocked and then the code sent to me did not work. I called and it was fixed quickly. The place was nice. The beds were comfy and the view was amazing. The pool code also did not work and that was never rectified. We got a code from other people staying there.

Spring Break 2024

The condo was beautiful and very clean!! The balcony was HUGE and had an amazing view. We loved how easy check-in was and that we had an assigned parking spot for the week. We never had to wait for elevators like all other places we have stayed in the past during Spring Break. Parking was right around the corner when you get off the elevators. This made it nice for getting luggage/groceries up to the condo. Location was good. Walmart was within walking distance. The only issue we had all week was the code we were given for pool/beach access quit working half way through the week. Another guest gave us the code they were using and it worked the rest of our time. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again next time!!

Great stay!

Unit is well maintained. Very clean and comfy. Has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay and will stay with these folks again. We did have problem with the ac after a storm. Owners sent someone same day for a fix. Fast communication. Easy to work with. Only complaint, not owners fault. We were not able to use the hot tub on any night we were there. Large groups were there every night. Hot tub is way to small for size of property. Not their fault. Everything else is great..but, if this is an amenity you are wanting. Id ask for another recommendation of their properties.

Great Family Getaway

I was a little concerned when I read some of the other reviews regarding the elevators and the parking. The parking was tight but I appreciate that they assigned you at least one space for your room. The overflow parking lot was not an issue but I think that was because we came at a time that wasn’t overly crowded. We had two family members that had to park the car in the pay parking lot behind the overflow lot. That lot was very convenient to the condo with plenty of parking. We had no issues with the elevators. The pool area was clean. The condo was in a great location. We stayed in room 2202. The room was spacious, clean and perfect for the week. I would definitely stay at the Ocean Ritz again.

The place was nice and in a great location. The only big downside to this property is the parking garage. If you have a vehicle that is low to the ground you will not be able to get in/out of the garage without scraping the bottom of the vehicle. My car was unable to get in/out of the garage without some damage. They do have an overflow lot, but that lot only holds a few cars (and is always full). We ended up having to park in a lot behind that one and it costed us $90 for the week.

Loved the location, clean, and well stocked with all the necessities in the kitchen. Somewhat inconvenient the washer and dryer being in the guest bathroom because of concern of waking people up. My only complaint was the misinformation on bed sizes. The pictures show 2 king and 2 queen and I also confirmed with the rental company that this is correct and told it was. It’s NOT. It’s a king, a queen, and 2 full size. This most definitely affected our stay on sleeping arrangements. Other than that the balcony was perfect and loved the size, condo overall in good condition. Master needs a new comforter cause it’s not pretty and has a tear in it but that’s not a game changer. Elevators were fast, pool codes had issues at times, and beach gate closes at 10pm so you have to go all the way around on the public beach access.

Just ok

This property needs maintenance and more parking only 1 elevator was working for most of our stay if it was working at all one day it didn't work at all. We had 2 vehicles one had the parking pass the other also had a pass but there was no space available so had to pay yet more money to park our other vehicle. Have messaged property manage thru vrbo and zero response to the issues also had a leak from one of the bathrooms and couldn't use shower for about 24 hours which made it difficult with 10 people in the condo.

Our experience

The location was good and the view great. We saw a lot of marine life in the early mornings. However upon arrival we found that there was one elevator working and it took close to an hour for us to get to the 22nd floor. Then we found vomit on the 2nd bedroom shower curtain, leftover used plastic fork in the 2nd bedroom night stand, a spoon in the garbage disposal and the disposal smell was so bad that we could not use it at all and had to put the stopper in it. Some of our family got stuck in the elevator on the 6th floor for about 10 minutes and later that same night while taking up groceries the elevator would not work at all and we had to walk up the entire 22 floors. Could use some updated mattresses or maybe some mattress toppers. Other than that our trip was great.
