Property needs some work. Definitely needs new sofa. Cushions were dirty on both sides and you sink way down when you sat on it; not comfortable at all. Bed needs new mattress not just a foam cover. We would not stay there again.

Property was lovely and so well kept. We had everything we needed and then some. Amelia Island is such a beautiful place and Sandy’s condo is definitely one we’d love to revisit.

Relaxing getaway with wife

Rental unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. Beautiful views of the ocean from everywhere in the unit. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Condo

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy’s home away from home. It was well cleaned and stocked, centrally located and had a beautiful view of the beach. We loved our time on Amelia Island. The bed was very comfortable- which isn’t always the case, so we were very thankful! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful property

Enjoyed our stay, everything that was listed was provided other than they need more beach towels. Would definitely go again and recommend to friends and family

Very nice condo. We have stayed at Amelia surf and racquet before. We like the location and this was the nicest place we have stayed.

I'm glad to hear you liked the location of my little home away from home. I like the peacefulness, as the condo is away from the pool activity, and great ocean views from the porch or from the 2 chairs in front of the windows in the living room—perfect for a late afternoon glass of wine!

80th birthday vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the area. it was to date the best Vrbo vacation ever all the shop owners were so helpful Amelia Island is awesome fernandina beach experience was wonderful all the restaurants were excellent.

Great view and Nicely furnished

Nicely furnished with a fantastic view of the ocean from the living room, bedroom and balcony. The beach is beautiful and the pool and grounds are kept up nicely. Downtown Amelia wigh lots of restaurants is a 15 minute drive. Will definitely stay here again.
