Escape to the beach, a short stroll to wiggle your toes in the sand and the warm Atlantic Ocean.
This perfectly located first floor studio unit sleeps 2 people. It comes fully furnished with 1 queen bed, kitchen, air conditioner, ROKU flat screen tv, free wifi, pool and only one block walk to the beach…
Want to escape
We have designed each unit to feel like home and ONLY a 5 minute walk to the beach. They come complete w/kitchen, seating area, king beds, flat screen TVs, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Shared areas are laundry room, bbq and pool.

The space
All of our kitchens come complete with silverware, glassware, drip coffeemaker, baking sheets, pots, pans, cooking utensils, sugar, salt, pepper, broom, dust pan, dish soap and sponges. All you need to do is supply your own groceries.

Each unit is professionally sanitized and cleaned by Nice & Clean Housecleaning Services. We follow CDC, Broward County and Florida States “Enhanced Cleaning/Sanitization” protocols.

Other things to note
Unassigned parking available for 1 vehicle and street parking is available on first-come, first-serve basis.
We are in-between the inter-costal waterway and the Atlantic Ocean on an inlet island…
Because of our location TLC needs to be utilized when flushing or throwing anything down the drains. Part of our local flair are such animals like sugar ants, millipedes, and iguanas. While they pose no danger to humans they can at times be a minor inconvenience.

Good Little Place to stay

I stayed for 3 weeks to avoid winter in the north. I enjoyed my time in the area. Good restaurants, and close proximity to the beach!

Relaxing vacation

This is my go to place to stay in the Pompono Beach Area. Very close to the beach and Pompono Beach Pier where there are restaurants and places to have some cocktails. The area is quite and relaxing. On site management is great. My accommodations were very comfortable and clean. I enjoy having a full kitchen to cook if i did not want to eat out. There is a BBQ outside if needed and the pool area is nice. Check in and check out is very easy and i feel very safe area

Not as pictured or as explained

We were not pleased . The bed sunk in the middle and was very uncomfortable. The pillows smelled like sweat. The blinds had a 2 inch gap and anyone could see in. The lights outside shine all night in your room. Couldn’t sleep. Water in shower never got hot, just tepid. The shower curtain kept falling down. The bathroom door would not shut and the handle was laying on the sink when we got there. If you wanted clean towels you had to do them in the laundry. We didn’t know this until we ran out. The property looks run down. Paint droppings still left on light fixtures. Sloppy remodel. Ceiling looks like it was going to fall in. Said there was a king bed, it was a queen or double. Also there was no living room as listed, it was a chair next to the bed. Will not stay there again.

Best Kept Secret!

I'm almost reluctant to post a review because this place is such a great find I'd like to keep it all to myself! My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend stay to do some scuba diving and also to visit with our daughter who is a university student down in Miami. Everything in the unit was clean, modern, and comfortable. The complex was very quiet and superbly maintained. When we weren't enjoying the beach (just a short walk away), we spent time enjoying the pool (also immaculately clean and well maintained). Unit owner and on-site caretakers were super nice and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Located on the inlet allowing you fantastic access to sunbathing, swimming, kayaking, beachcombing, and all sorts of other activities. Bring along your snorkel gear and head out to the renowned offshore reef, go one mile north to visit the scenic Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse, and catch the water taxi or go fishing at the Pier at Pompano Beach one mile south. If you're looking to golf, the Pompano Beach Golf Course is only one mile inland.
