We had a wonderful stay overall! The location is excellent â about a mile to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The house was very clean, felt freshly remodeled inside, and had a well-stocked kitchen with the basics. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.That said, a few areas could be improved. The carbon monoxide detectors went off several times after showers due to steam, and the Wi-Fi was spotty for a few hours until reset. The host quickly responded to both issues, but they were still inconvenient. For the nightly rate, we felt linens, towels, and a bath mat should be included, as the bathroom floor became slippery after showers. The top bunk railing also needs reinforcement for safety, and while we appreciated the effort to manage pests, the snap trap in the living room corner wasnât ideal with children around.We also requested a late checkout, hoping for some flexibility after these issues, but instead were offered an extension at 25 per hour. This was disappointing and left our stay ending on a less positive note.Overall, we enjoyed our time, loved the location, and felt well supported by the host. With a few thoughtful updates and a little more flexibility, this home could be an even better value for future guests.
