The first floor features two comfortable queen bedrooms and a full bathroom, creating a convenient layout for families and groups. Upstairs, you’ll find a third queen bedroom to the left, a full bathroom in the hallway, and a cheerful bunk room with four twin beds to the right—perfect for kids, cousins, or two families vacationing together.

The back deck overlooks beautiful marsh and water views, setting the scene for quiet mornings with coffee or evenings spent under a watercolor sky. New for 2025, the outdoor spaces have been thoughtfully expanded. A brand-new upper deck provides an elevated setting for outdoor dining, while a shaded dining area beneath offers a cool, breezy retreat during hot summer afternoons. The outdoor shower keeps sandy toes outside and makes post-beach cleanup a breeze!



Another exciting 2025 addition is the newly finished basement, designed to be the ultimate hangout zone. This lower-level space features a comfortable seating area with a Smart TV, a foosball table, and a bar setup—the perfect place for movie nights, friendly competitions, or a relaxing evening indoors after a day at the beach.



Every detail of Seaing Stars is designed with vacation living in mind. With space for up to 10 guests, this home is ideal for families, friends, or multiple generations traveling together. Window AC units keep the bedrooms cool and comfortable, and guests will find beach towels, some chairs, and linens provided to make packing easy. There’s also a gas grill for summer barbecues, and concierge services or daily housekeeping can be arranged in advance to make your stay even more effortless.

Beach Access & What to Expect at Moody Beach



Moody Beach is accessed via a nearby public right-of-way, providing legal access for all beachgoers. As is common along much of the Maine coastline, the size of the usable beach changes throughout the day with the tides. At low tide, the beach opens up significantly, offering ample space for walking, relaxing, and enjoying the shoreline. During high tide, the accessible area can temporarily narrow near the public access point.



Much of the surrounding beachfront is privately owned, and guests are asked to remain within the public way when the tide is high. While this is a normal and well-established coastal arrangement, it may feel different for guests who are unfamiliar with tidal beaches or public access points in Maine.



We encourage guests to plan beach time around the tides for the most spacious and enjoyable experience. Tide charts are readily available and can help you make the most of your time on Moody Beach.
