Det har nyligen renoverats med trÀgolv installerade hela förutom alla nya möbler och nya apparater e. g. 42 tums plattskÀrms-plasma-TV, ugn, diskmaskin och mikrovÄgsugn. Det Àr helt luftkonditionerat och uppvÀrmt, med takmonterade paddelflÀktar i vardagsrummet och sovrummet för ytterligare cirkulation. Flerkanalskabel fÀrg-TV, DVD, telefon och Wi-Fi-faciliteter Àr alla tillhandahÄllna. Loungen har ett underbart vÀlvt tak som bidrar till den rymliga kÀnslan av den hÀr 1100 kvm egendomen.

Det rymliga köket / frukostomrÄdet Àr vÀlutrustat med de senaste apparaterna, vilket möjliggör full sjÀlvhushÄll. Dessa inkluderar en fullstor, sjÀlvhushÄllsugn, mikrovÄgsugn, stort kyl / frys, diskmaskin, dubbla handfat med avfallshantering, kaffebryggare och brödrost, dammsugare, telefon, klockradioalarm och hÄrtork. VÄrt Condominium ligger pÄ Sweetwater Club pÄ Siesta Lago Drive precis utanför US192 och idealiskt för alla stora attraktioner (Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Sea World, Universal Island of Adventure, Disney Animal Kingdom, etc.) . Disney Worlds huvudportar ligger inom 5 minuter med de yttersta attraktionerna som Universal Studios bara 20 minuter bort. Sweetwater Club ligger 25 minuter frÄn Orlando International Airport och resan Àr vÀldigt enkel.

Family vacation

This property was in a great location. A quick drive to Universal, but far enough away to be relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The property owner is a delight and incredibly easy to communicate and deal with.

Clean and convenient

The property was homey and clean. It’s conveniently located near dining, shopping, and the theme parks. Frank was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

All issues were rectified in a timely manner. Molded shower curtain we called and it was replace. There were small ants in kitchen.

Quiet and Peaceful

Perfect location. Close enough to everything but in a tucked away area allowing for down time when needed. Frank was very good in communicating and did so quickly...oftentimes before the property manager..who sometimes didnt respond at all. Thank you Frank for all you assistance.

Perfect location

The communication from the owner Frank was great from the start and continued the whole time. He gave us extremely comprehensive directions of how to get to the property which was really appreciated. Fortunately he also gave us a back up code to get into the property as the one previously given didnt work. The condo had everything we needed and it was lovely to walk back in to the aircon every evening! The automatic ice maker was also a lifesaver! The location is just perfect, only 15-20 mins to WDW and about 25-30 mins to Universal if you want to avoid the toll roads (which we did). We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend the condo, very reasonably priced and it certainly sets your mind at rest when you receive such good communication from the owner.

Very spacious!

The property manager did not contact us about check-in info until less than 24 hours before we were to arrive even though we had been told we would get info one week prior to arrival. We also had some trouble with the door lock. The living area is extremely spacious.

Amazing

Perfect location. Wonderful condo. Everything you need. Close to Disney and Universal. Nice quiet communal pool. Quiet area. Great links. Loads of shops and eateries nearby. The best host and owner. Nothing too much to ask. Couldn't recommend higher.

Great Location

This was a convenient location for our trip to Orlando. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very communicative. The pool is only a small walk across the compex and very convenient to use. I enjoyed being on the top condo and the stairs are not bad.

Christmas holiday

We have just returned from 18 nights at Franks condo and had a lovely stay. Everything was great. good location, everything you would need for your stay was provided. Frank was a pleasure to deal with definitely going above and beyond to make sure the stay was perfect with brilliant communication. We have stayed in this area many times and would 100% stay here again.

Perfect location, easy access to the parks. Frank (owner) was attentive and keen that we enjoyed our stay. Hayley (local contact) was quick to respond and offered lots of local knowledge. Excellent Birthday week stay

Stayed for birthday week for my 4yo. She wanted a Disney trip. Frank was very communicative on how to get there and check in. He even checked up on us while we were there. Quiet area near Disney but far enough away from all the hustle. The place is very spacious and had everything we needed. We had a lovely stay. Just an FYI, it’s a second floor unit but the complex does not have any elevator. Thank you Frank.

Would Stay Again

The location was a short drive to Walt Disney World which was of the reasons why we chose the condo. The pool is close to the home which is a plus. Some things need to be updated and changed but the condo itself was clean and a great size for my family. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved it

Loved the place, the owner was amazing
 I messed up with the arriba date, I was embarrassed to ask but did anyway ( he worked with me to have access to property a day ahead) communications with owner is excellent. Something broke in property message owner and even though he’s hours away he sent maintenance and quickly it was fixed. Friendly, professional, outstanding. Clean property, had a pool. Pool was clean. Overall loved it

We live in Ireland and travel to Florida as often as possible but at least twice a year. We found and fell in love with Sweetwater Club in the mid 1990's and purchased in 1999 . We find Sweetwater an ideal location for anything one would wish to do in central Florida , be it trips to all the wonderful Theme Parks , fabulous golfing or indeed the fantastic shopping ! We did a wonderful job of renovating our Unit and are very proud of the work undertaken . It has been called the nicest unit in Sweetwater .We hope you like it too .

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We chose this location to buy in central Florida having spent some time considering all options . Sweetwater is wonderfully located for Disney and all the major Theme Parks but also close to all the Outlet Malls and a large numbers of fabulous Golf Courses . In this regard it ticked all the boxes for us and our friends and family and we have spent many holidays enjoying the sun , shops , worlds and golf . Perfect !
We have a wonderful local Management Company who liaise with our guests before , during and after their visit and are always available to help in any way that you might need.
Our primary concern is always to ensure that our guests have a wonderful time and fully enjoy all the home comforts of our lovely condo.

All the benefits of Central Florida abound . The Parks , the Outlet Malls plus the many Bars and Restaurants. We have a special interest in the many ,many Golf Courses in the vicinity . We have tried them all ( and mostly failed !) so if you need any recommendations, just let us know .
