Come see why this 16th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 16th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with wine cooler, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master and 2nd bedroom, and two Queen beds in both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms for sleeping up to 12.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Zeke's Marina is directly across the street offering deep sea fishing and 2 restaurants and ice cream shop.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We loved our stay at Phoenix Condo!! The apartment has amazing views from every room and balcony!! And the lazy river, water slide, indoor pools, and beach access were ideal for families with kids!! Hope to come back in the future!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Orange Beach! It was the perfect size for our group and offered beautiful views of both the beach and the bay. The condo was clean and well-maintained, although the bedding showed a little wear. The location was excellent, with plenty of great restaurants, shopping, and activities just minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book this condo again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our trip was wonderful. The condo is absolutely beautiful,with everything we needed for our stay. Very spacious. Comfy beds, comfy furniture. Check in was easy. We just popped by the front desk for our parking pass and wristbands. The pool was nice and not super crowded. I have read a few reviews about security getting on to kids at the pool, and I worried as I was traveling with 4 teenagers, but I didn't notice anything like that going on. The beach is so nice and just there is just a couple steps off the boardwalk to access (for anyone who has issues with stairs). We didn't experience any issues with elevator wait times, or finding a cart to help load/unload or vehicle. There are multiple grocery stores nearby. Property management was very helpful and responded quickly and efficiently to any and all questions and concerns (of which there were very few). All and all just a wonderful experience and trip. Would stay at this building again. Would rent this exact unit again and would work with Phoenix Vacation Rentals again.

Perfect Condo

We arrived and were very impressed with the layout and space. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was spotless. We had a great week on the beach. The lazy river and the slide in the pool were big hits. Top of the list for our next stay in Orange Beach.

Awesome all around!

We had a total of 6 adults and 5 children ranging in ages from 1 to 6 and we had plenty of space and everything that we needed. The condo was one of the cleanest I've stayed in and definitely had every thing that our family needed to support our stay. The building itself is ideal for kids with the multiple pools, lazy river, and slide. This place has set the bar for any future stays with my family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a corner unit, so it was very quiet. The views were incredible, and access to the pool/lazy river/water slide is amazing. We visited the beach and the lazy river every day. The only negative was cleanliness. Every dish/piece of cookware/utensil was dirty and needed to be washed before use. Sand in the beds led us to believe that sheets may not have been washed. Every "extra" blanket had food/something else caked onto it. Luckily, it washed out, so we were able to use them.
