GULF FRONT CONDO + FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE

Located directly on Navarre's white sandy beach with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico's turquoise waters, our condo in the Beach Colony West Resort boasts the largest pool and covered balcony on Navarre Beach. This quiet and peaceful area is truly a hidden jewel of the Gulf Coast.

During the months of May through September, we only offer seven day rentals from Saturday to Saturday.

Our 4th floor unit allows you to enjoy unobstructed beach views with one of the most desirable floor plans in Beach Colony West. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in both the master bedroom as well as the living and dining room area showcase the beautiful water and beach views. This open floor plan with nine foot ceilings has two leather sofas and two reclining chairs with plenty of space to relax and stretch out after a day of fun in the sun. The living room also has a 65 inch smart TV.

The large master suite features a king size bed with views of the Gulf through the floor to ceiling glass door which opens to the large balcony. Bathroom windows with views of the Gulf provide plenty of natural lighting in the huge master bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate oversized walk-in shower, and double vanities. This bedroom also includes a 50 inch HD/LCD TV and a large walk-in closet.

The second guest suite features a king size bed and a full-sized ensuite bath with tub/shower combination. This bedroom also includes a large flat screen smart TV.

The third bedroom features a queen size bed and twin bed with an adjacent full-sized bath with walk-in shower. This bedroom also includes a flat screen TV.

Enjoy the kitchen with its beautiful granite countertops, double stainless steel sink, French door refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with smooth cook-top, and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes, utensils, and silverware. The dining area table has seating for six with two extra chairs at the kitchen breakfast bar.

Our condo has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. HD/TV cable as well as free high speed internet is included for your email, web surfing or streaming needs.
Guests have a secured storage room on the ground floor for large beach toys.

Beach Chair Service Setup is included in the rental rate. This service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella. Your beach service location is on a first come, first serve basis each day and runs March 1st through October 31st. Additional beach chairs can be rented on a daily or weekly rate.

Additional amenities of Beach Colony West Resort include gated entry to the property, one designated covered parking spot plus additional garage parking, lighted clay tennis courts, exercise room, outdoor grills, pool side chairs, and a guest storage room for kayaks, bicycles, and large beach toys.

Navarre Beach is nestled between the Gulf Islands National Seashore and the Navarre Beach Marine Park which includes the Sea Turtle Conservation Center. Navarre Beach is also known for the LONGEST fishing pier in the Gulf of Mexico, and its located just steps from our beach condo. We know you will enjoy the local restaurants, fishing, and strolling the seven mile walking path through the undeveloped pristine sugary sands of Gulf Islands National Seashore. There is plenty of bird and sea life to watch from the balcony and along the beach and much more. If you don't care for Destin's heavy traffic, long dinner lines, huge crowds, and over-crowded beaches, you will love Navarre Beach as much as we do.
