grattis! Du har hittat Serenity, som ligger pÄ en av de tio bÀsta strÀnderna i vÀrlden! Navarra Beach, med sin vackra vita sand och smaragdvatten, Àr drömplatsen för den perfekta stranden semester. Lugn, vÄr 1800 kvadratmeter, 3 sovrum, 3 badrum lÀgenhet, ligger precis vid stranden med en vacker utsikt över viken. Denna första vÄningen lÀgenhet med enkel tillgÄng till stranden Àr nyligen ombyggd med familjer och par i Ätanke.

Vi inkluderar nu strandservice - 2 stolar och ett paraply för dig varje dag - frÄn 1 mars till 31 oktober. Detta Àr förutom strandhanddukar som redan finns tillgÀngliga för dig i lÀgenheten. Vi försökte beach service ett par gÄnger i höst och det Àr verkligen trevligt att bara gÄ ut med din handduk och drycker för att njuta av viken!

Det finns ett rymligt bra rum för gruppmöten och spel- eller filmkvÀllar pÄ den nya 65 "4K TV. Varje sovrum har en ny 55 "4K TV och nya Blu-Ray / 4K DVD-spelare. Den huvudsakliga mÀstaren och den andra mÀstaren har alla kung sÀngar, medan det tredje sovrummet har tvÄ queen size-sÀngar, sÄ lÀgenheten kan bekvÀmt rymma upp till 8 personer.

Köket Àr öppet för det stora rummet med en fantastisk utsikt över stranden och havet. Du kan laga en hÀrlig mÄltid, njut av den fantastiska utsikten och fortfarande vara del av det som hÀnder. VÄrt kök Àr vÀlfyllt med vad du behöver för de nÀtterna du bestÀmmer dig för att stanna kvar och fixa din egen mÄltid, bland annat en stor oljapris som vi ofta har anvÀnt för att koka rÀkor!

This condo was lovely in all ways! Clean and kitchen well appointed, didn’t find an item she didn’t have that we needed and I cooked three different breakfast, from French toast casserole, breakfast casserole and scrambled eggs with all the fixings. Balcony had a terrific view. Looked watching sunrises and the blue green water, just beautiful.

First Panhandle vacation

We generally stay in the Keys for two weeks in June. Out Granddaughter wanted the Panhandle. While I love the Keys, she made a fantastic decision. One of the best family vacations ever! We will definitely go back. The owners here were so responsive! Excellent vacation

The unit was very comfortable and well-furnished! Great kitchen supplies, DVDs, games, beach towels, books and even including some consumables. Bonnie was very responsive to questions. We all had a great time

Very accessible unit

Lovely unit with a nice view of the dunes and the ocean. I have health issues and greatly appreciate how close this unit is to everything. About 10 steps and 30 feet to the pool. Another 30 feet or so to the beach (up a bit of a hill). The unit is perfect for our group of grandparents, kids, and parents.The hosts are always easy to reach. This is our second time renting from them.

Navarre Gem

We enjoy this area, close proximity to a few local eateries and just steps from the pier. With several kids in our family we enjoyed the first floor access for quick in and outs and the view was great. The condo is very spacious, with very comfortable beds and a great open living / dining area. Thanks to Bonnie for a great time, tried several of her recommendations and loved every one.

The condo had a great layout & the hosts, Bonnie & Dave, were very hands on with communicating with us. The view is incredible from our balcony. We enjoyed our walk to the pier and around Navarre.

Wonderful Family Getaway!

This unit is the best VRBO we've ever stayed in. The property owner is very kind and answered all of our questions quickly, with a willingness to do whatever was needed to make our stay perfect. The unit was IMMACULATE and had everything we needed for a quiet, relaxing weekend, right down to beach towels, small toiletries, games, DVDs and a fully functional kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the balcony view is breathtaking. You want to stay here! We will be back for sure.

The condo was excellent and we enjoyed much of our time on the balcony overlooking the gulf. The beach access is close and the pool looked wonderful, although we didn’t check it out. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed and we would definitely return.

My husband, Dave, & I (Bonnie) have vacationed along the Florida Panhandle for more than 30 years. After camping and being guests at other people's homes and dreaming for years of having a beach condo of our own, that dream came true on Valentine's Day 2018. Since then, we have been fortunate to host many couples and families at our place and look forward to doing so for many years to come.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Serenity is our dream place. We visited Panama City Beach and Destin along the Florida panhandle many times over the years and first visited Navarre Beach in 2012 and absolutely fell in love. It's a beautiful area and quieter and calmer than PCB, Destin, and Pensacola, but still close enough to easily reach if we want to go there for a change of pace.

We picked Serenity in the Navarre Beach Regency because of the first floor location, its ease of access to the beach, and the special protected areas (Gulf Islands National Seashore) surrounding the developed areas of Navarre Beach. The pool is easy to reach and can be seen from the balcony, but not so close that the typical pool noise is bothersome. Serenity is ideal for those who want to easy access to the beach or pool.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Serenity's first floor location is perfect. You don't have to get on an elevator to reach the beach or pool. It's a short walk just down the walkway. When you're done at the beach or pool, there is a storage area near the beach/pool access where toys can be stored. This eases the hauling of stuff back and forth to the beach tremendously.

We also have a covered parking space close to the elevators, which is great for keeping your car cool during the summer months.
