Spacious Designer House with a Garden Yard

Our spacious designer house is a great fit for families looking to spend time together and to bond in a beautiful house. It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2,200 sf of indoor living area. The house sits on a large lot with an UNHEATED swimming pool. Enjoy it warm in the summer or take a cold plunge in the winter....:)

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic essentials. Dining table comfortably sits 8 people and may squeeze in 2 more.

We may accept pets on a case by case basis. Additional fees may apply. Please inquire for details.

The pool is maintained every Wednesday. There is a pole-net skimmer behind the pool that you could used to clean detritus from the surface of the pool.

There is no fence around the pool so the property may not suitable for children.

Very Comfortable and Spacious

This VRBO was a great experience, we were all very comfortable and were able to enjoy the pool during the Davis summer. Highly recommend.

Great house for family vacation

Very clean, convenient, spacious house. Great swimming pool for kids and family. We could use Neflix and Disney. Very fast wifi helped my husband and me to work from home. Strongly recommend the home to who are looking for safe and beautiful vacation place

Nice Quiet Place

The house is nice and the set-up of the property gives it a feel of privacy despite being surrounded by other yards. The pool was just right for HOT Davis summer days. Lots of flora and fauna in the area (a pair of hawks nested in a tree you could see from the pool). Neighbors were friendly while walking the dogs through the neighborhood.

Nice getaway for the family

Eli’s place was a fun escape for the family. We all loved spending time in the pool during these hot Davis summers. Loved having fresh cherry tomatoes for the kids to pick and enjoy. Eli was easy to communicate with and was flexible with last minute request. Thank you!

Family Oriented

Lovely house inside and out. You feel secure tucked away from street, could be anywhere. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub . There were toys for my granddaughter and the batteries even worked. Eli as a host, was responsive and flexible.

Excellent retreat in Davis

Really enjoyed our stay in Davis. Eli was fast to respond to all questions and comments. Home was comfortable, lots of space and a beautiful garden and pool that we enjoyed.

Family Fun

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and backyard. We enjoyed being able to hang out and relax with our family as if we were home. The location is great, not too far from downtown Davis.

Excellent stay in Davis

We loved staying here! It was comfortable inside and out. Super quiet yet friendly neighborhood. The floor plan of the home is inspiring and our dogs enjoyed the yard.
