Guests have access to Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability.

This beautifully appointed lowcountry style home located in the heart of Wilson Village provides the quintessential backdrop for an idyllic vacation in Palmetto Bluff. With a classic, open floor plan that offers easy flow between living, dining and kitchen spaces. The living area features abundant, comfortable furnishings plus Smart TV and gas fireplace. Combined formal dining and kitchen area, provide seating for six to gather and dine together for meals, and nearby counter seating at the oversized kitchen island has room for two. Bright and spacious kitchen features Viking appliances, microwave, dishwasher, ice machine and coffee maker.

Three bedrooms downstairs each with en suite bathrooms: the primary bedroom with KING bed and custom built-in closets, connecting to large primary bath with double vanity and walk-in shower; Guest bedroom with QUEEN bed and full bathroom attached; Additional Guest bedroom downstairs with TWIN day bed and full bathroom attached.

Considered the fourth bedroom, upstairs you'll find an additional living space that makes the ideal hangout for the kids. The large main room features two built-in FULL beds, thoughtfully designed as individual chambers, each with a privacy curtain, plus a comfortable sitting area and television. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and private dressing area complete the second floor.

The star of this charming lowcountry bungalow is the open and inviting front porch with two separate seating groups, and rear screened porch with fireplace. Both porches are appointed with an abundance of comfortable outdoor furnishings plus a grill for taking meal prep outdoors. Laundry closet with washer and dryer is located on the main level.
