Unik hem ligger i önskvĂ€rd Briggs Farm i vackra Narr. Det hĂ€r hemmet har totalrenoverats av Builder / Ă€gare. Köket har en dubbel Tri-konvektion ugn och generösa ön öppen för matplats. LĂ€nkade tvĂ€ttstuga utanför breezeway pĂ„ första vĂ„ningen. Utanför köket Ă€r en sluten skĂ€rmad i ryggen veranda för fler sittplatser och slappa. BakgĂ„rd har nya stĂ€mplad betong uteplats med grill, bord och stolar. Även pĂ„ detta omrĂ„de Ă€r ett hett vatten utomhusdusch.

Det finns en 700 kvadratfot Dessutom med tvÄ stora mattor sovrum, fullt kaklat badrum och stor öppen sittgrupp med vita ek lövtrÀd. Det finns en tÀckt veranda med tvÄ sky stolar och utemöbler. Tomten Àr 14.000 kvm med en gungstÀllning, rutschkana och dÀck swing och bakgÄrd för att spela. Central Air pÄ tvÄ zoner. SÀngar att vÀlja mellan Àr 5 Queens och 2 Doubles, och 4 enkelsÀngar tillhandahÄlls vid behov. Pet Friendly! Kort promenad till Sunset Farm för fÀrska grönsaker och frukt och fÀrska bakverk pajer och att besöka gÄrdens djur. Hemmet Àr stort nog för mÄnga familjer. Stor 2 bil garage, generös uppfart för gott om parkeringsplatser. Vi levererar massor av solstolar, boogie boards, strandleksaker, parasoller sÀngklÀder, filtar, filtar och badlakan.

Ta en kort 20 minuters bilresa till historiska Newport och Jamestown. T.F. Green Airport ligger 25 minuter bort. Providence Àr en 30 minuters bilresa. Detta hem ligger centralt till alla strÀnder, shopping och de mest populÀra restauranger. NÀrmaste Film Theatre Àr mindre Àn 10 minuter bort ligger vid South County Commons. Ombord pÄ Block Island Ferry i Galileen bara 2 miles away. Den bÄtresa pÄ snabbfÀrja Àr bara 30 minuter och pÄ den stora fÀrjan, dess ungefÀr en timme. PÄ Block Island finns det mÄnga roliga saker att göra med barn och vuxna. Du kan hyra cyklar, mopeder eller ta en taxi eller ens ta med din egen bil över. Five women on a getaway...loved our location and the house fit our needs to a T. Spacious, with separate bathrooms for each of us, VERY well-equipped kitchen, and we were thrilled at the generous supply of bathroom towels! Would definitely recommend!

This house was WELL stocked, immaculate, spacious and a great location to everything we needed for our daughters wedding in narragnasett. We utilized the outdoors and large clean, clear garage for rehersal dinner and preperation for all of the girls the day of wedding. Robin, our host, was very quick to answer any questions we had and very accommodating to anything we had asked of her. Great space for 2 families or a weekend away w several couples!

We had the most amazing stay at this house near Scarborough Beach! The home was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need—truly above and beyond any other rental we’ve ever had. There was plenty of space, making it perfect for a family vacation, and it felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Robin, the host, was incredibly accommodating and made everything so easy for us. We would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area and would not hesitate to stay here again

Incredible stay

Loved this property! Clean, incredibly spacious, great location. Communication with Robin was fantastic, she went above and beyond during our stay. House is very well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. Our group agreed the house felt much bigger than it did in photos. The addition over the garage is perfect for some added privacy while not being inaccessible from the rest of the group. Would recommend this place!

Incredibly well appointed with ALL necessitiesfor a summer vacation: multiplebeach towels, umbrellas, chairs, corn hole game. Kitchen items:Wine glasses dishes platters pots and pans baking items plenty of silverware waffle iron coffee station with several types of coffee pots including Keurig and French press. Very clean! Pretty much anything and everything you would want for a magnificent time away!!!Robin was immediately responsive to any concern we had.

We are 6 women who went to high school together and we enjoy a long weekend away once in a while. This house was perfect! Beautiful Home

This house was so beautiful. We had plenty of room for my large family and it was spotless. You do not need to bring anything to cook with. There was everything you needed as far as plates, cutlery and pots and pans. There is a separate coffee bar and then a cocktail bar. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Turkey day 2024

Beautiful stay!

We stayed with a larger group on this property and there was ample parking and sleeping arrangements for everyone. The house was clean and had everything that we would need. It was a great place for us to hangout and was a reasonable drive to places around Narragansett and Newport.

Great House for multiple parties

The house has a great layout with 3 separate sleeping areas that make it ideal for multiple families. There were plenty of linens, beach chairs and toys, etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great house for a family gathering

There were 12 adults and 5 children. Robin went out of her way to accommodate our needs! She provided 3 pack and plays which was a huge help. The kitchen is extremely well equipped Plenty of towels for everyone! There was a slight issue and Robin responded quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here.
