The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers to you to rent, on the commune of BĂ©nodet, this charming flat with an exceptional sea view and on the mouth of Odet, swimming pool within the residence, of a surface of 39 m ÂČ and being able to accommodate to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 19 mÂČ, a fitted kitchenette, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony.
The flat is composed as follows:
- A 19 mÂČ living room with TV, two sofa beds and a dining area
- A kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, 4-burner electric hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140Ă190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Outside :
- A balcony of more than 7 mÂČ facing south/south west equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and take your meals facing the sea
Common area :
- A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to late September (heated only from late May to mid-September).
The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. The access to the beach 50m is done by crossing the shared garden of the residence without any road to cross.
You will be able to benefit from a mini-market at less than 50m, a supermarket at 15 min walk, pharmacy, market but also shops, restaurants, bars, casino...
Activities :
Thalasso or golf ? Swimming or cycling? Discovery or relaxation? All possibilities are at your disposal. At the mouth of "the prettiest river in France", the bay and its large beach await you. You can enjoy an active holiday or the gentle way of life of a seaside resort on the Breton Riviera, which has obtained the coveted "tourist resort" classification.
Quimper, the capital of King Gradlon, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1,500 metres of walls, is 17 km away. The neighbouring towns, within a 25 km radius, evoke a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the leading French fishing port.
