The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with television, two armchairs, a double sofa bed (slatted base and comfortable mattress), and a sleeping area separated by hazelnut strips, with an 80x190 bunk bed (two single beds preferable for children / teenagers).
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and worktop with 4 bar chairs.
- Bathroom with shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC.

The studio is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant setting overlooking wooded parkland and not overlooked. All shops, restaurants, cinema, casino and thalasso are just 30 m away, in a lively seaside resort all year round. Fishmongers in the harbor, grocery store in the center and weekly markets nearby.
