Easy Access to beach

We stayed for work instead of booking multiple hotel rooms. Owner was very helpful. We were there during the week, so parking was OK. Owner had passes to park on the street, but if you have multiple vehicles, definitely coordinate with owner. One unit looks to have elevator, ours did not, which would have been helpful bringing in supplies.

Great beach house

The property was everything a a large group could ask for. Everyone had their own space if they needed some quiet time, and there was a larger open kitchen/tv room area we all could catch up and gather around. the host John was great very responsive, great guy.

Virginia Beach Vacation

My Amish friends enjoy everything about this vacation home. They said everything was very clean, neat and tidy! They enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Jon, our host was very gracious in responding to our questions and giving us all the information we needed. They would highly recommend this vacation VBRO!

Gorgeous clean home, plenty space for everyone to come together and be comfortable. Rooftop was extremely nice and relaxing. Beds were comfortable and everyone discussed how well they slept. Wonderful home!!

Great Property in a great location

This is a great house in the heart of Virginia Beach. This house was perfect for a family getaway. Has everything you need and has an amazing rooftop hangout. Location is within walking distance of the beach, grocery store, 711, and restaurants. Jon was a very accommodating host. Would highly recommend it.

Great Location

This home is just a short walk from the beach and has a small view of the water from the rooftop deck. Great location for large groups with several beds/bathrooms and separation between the upstairs and downstairs living areas. Two kitchens are great for preparing large family meals. Parking is tight but the owner was gracious enough to provide all the passes we needed for our visit.

Cozy stay in the heart of Virginia Beach

We started out a bit apprehensive about the property as the listing was very confusing. The owner was very responsive to all our questions, which was a big help. We did find that having three floors vs. two was a bit much for some in our party but it worked out. It's a great location close to the beach and boardwalk, which is exactly what we wanted!

Great Location.

This place was very roomy for 3 families. Yes it has 4 set of stairs but in my opinion they are easy to navigate. The rooftop patio was was a bonus. We experience a few hiccups with the internet which is need if yo want to watch tv on your down time but the owner was on too of it when i notified him. I will be book this rental next summer if its available in a heart beat.

VA Beach Vaca

Property was beautiful and great location, walking distance to all you need and a short drive to the excursions and aquarium. There were alot of stairs in the home which was difficult for some of the older members of our group. The shower liner curtains could be replaced and better attention to detail on "unused" beds. I have to say we all loved the place and would definitely return. Jon the owner was a pleasure to work with and very attentive. Thank you

Convenient and comfortable

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The host was very accommodating and helpful. It was very comfortable and felt like home away from home. I loved how everything was close by, within walking distance. The only drawback was that there were a lot of stairs. Not ideal for older parents/grandparents who don’t do well with stairs. But I think the other unit had an elevator. If there are any last minute availability we wouldn’t mind booking again in the summer. Plan to come back again next year !

Nice beach vacation

It was great staying at a property with a rooftop view of the ocean, just 2 blocks from the beach. The property was recently redone and is modern, plus Jon was responsive. We were missing some basic kitchen items, and Jon helped fix the situation after we mentioned it. Keep in mind that sheets and towels are extra to rent and there is no shampoo / conditioner or other shower items included. There are 3 bedrooms and a bunk bed set up with a floor mattress in the hallway. There is also a lot of light from nearby buildings so light sleepers should bring an eye cover. There are also 4 flights of stairs from parking up to the rooftop. Good price for the convenient location. Overall, would recommend!

Home away from Home

This is my 2nd time staying at the property and its definitely home away from home. Being more familiar of the area and being in a familiar property made it more comfortable. I love that the added rooms were included on the 2nd floor. It was great for grandparents who don't like to deal with stairs. I love that there were beach chairs, a cart and beach toys easily available to use. The only drawback that I could say is the parking space. It can be a bit confusing who parks where when you first get there… and if a car is not pulled all the way in or close to the first car, it makes getting in and out very challenging. However, there were other options to park which was very convenient. My family and I plan to make it an annual place to vacation. Jon was very easy to get a hold of and was very helpful.

Amazing location

The location is absolutely amazing. The listing looks like a single but is a three unit town house which is confusing in the listing so there was a little confusion on parking when we arrived but Jon cleared it up quickly and myself and the other renters were able to navigate where to put the cars. The top floor bathroom has a reasonable amount of black mold growing so we kept it closed up. That was the only thing of concern. Traveling with family can be taxing and mine didn’t let me down on that. Jon and I had to work out a kink with my son deciding to toss sunflower seeds off the roof and he handled it well and professionally. My apologies again as he knows better and my brother in law encouraged it but I addressed it as soon as it was brought up.

If you are looking for an outstanding location, then look no further! We were a family of 8 adults and 5 children who were 6 years old and under. This was the perfect house! With 3 floors of living and sleeping space, we could all spread out and enjoy ourselves. Then add in rooftop fires at night… We had an amazing time! Jon, the owner, was very attentive and helpful! We highly recommend and would definitely book this location again!

This property is a great location to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean, some times a real ocean, sometimes a lake with no waves. Great places Atlantic on Pacific( best oyster happy hour at the beach) or Parlor Donuts ( new and great, hit for breakfast) LOCATION LOCATION, LOCATION. Park the car. Start it up when you leave if you want. Very walkable. Coffee shops: Starbucks, Vlove, Parlor, 7 11. Harris Teeter grocery store, two blocks, CVS and Walgreens two blocks. Our location is 27th, 31st main street, many restaurant's and bars.
