This brand-new home has it all and is beautifully decorated with designer finishes. You`ll enjoy a beautiful large open floor plan living and dining space, and a complete kitchen. Bed Layout: Downstairs Two Bedrooms with King Beds, Primary Bedroom upstairs with King Bed and ensuite bath, Two additional Upstairs Bedrooms with King Beds, Sleeper Sectional in the bonus room and Queen Sleeper Sofa in Downstairs Living Room.

Great place to stay

House was very clean and spacious. Accommodated my group perfectly. Quick Uber trips to broadway were cheap and no problem. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Came to celebrate 50th Birthday with a group of 5 couples. Place was amazing and everyone had their own bedroom. The place was very clean and well decorated. All the comforts of home and only 2 miles from downtown. Will definitely be staying again!!

Perfect house

We were five couples and this house was perfect. There was lots of room, the beds were all comfortable and the house was clean. The location was great as it was just a short Uber ride to Broadway. The owner was also very accommodating when we asked for a later checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family of 7, easily could have had more 5+ more.Very Spacious and Clean. The beds were so comfortable. We spent nights on the rooftop after getting home from downtown. We will definitely be back!

Awesome House!!

The house was great!! From the outside it’s very deceiving but when you get inside it’s huge. Great layout plan inside and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Outside 3rd floor patio was great relaxing spot. If your going to Broadway I’m Nashville with a group of friends or family, I would strongly recommend this house. It’s close enough to broadway with a short Uber ride and close to other attractions.

84th Birthday Celebration

The house was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. We had 9 adult family members (originally was going to be 11) celebrating my mothers 84th birthday. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was very close to downtown. We were able to walk to a few places and downtown was a very quick Uber ride. Everyone had a great time and commented on how the house was so accommodating. Check-in and out was very easy! The host was available by text at all times for all questions and answered back quickly. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful Home with easy downtown access...

This property is well maintained and in beautiful condition. Location was easy to get to and from downtown. The kitchen was well stocked with the very minor exception of the children size silverware :). We will definitely be returning to this property in the future. Great size for a family and/or friends with enough space for everyone to spread out if needed. Only one negative would be the need for additional towels which can be easily remedied. Excellent property!

50th Birthday Bash!

This place was Amazing. It was everything I hoped for and more. The house was spotless. All floors are hardwood. We were barefoot all the time in the house and our feet were clean! Kudos to your cleaning crew. When we come back, I will look nowhere else. It’s 3 miles from Broadway, so a fantastic location!

Excellent house

The house is beautiful and quite spacious. Beds are all comfortable and the Master suite was large. Very clean and the owner was great to deal with and extremely accommodating. Lift ride to Broadway was a reasonable price.

Conference stay in Nashville

Great space for our group of colleagues. We all had our own beds in our own rooms, plus enough bathrooms to allow us the space to get ready. Would highly recommend for a work group in for a conference. It’s a bit further out than some other options, but worth it for the comfort.

Group Friend Trip

We had 5 couples, 10 total. This house was more than enough room for us to gather. Close to downtown means very inexpensive Uber/Lyft rides. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, plus two outdoor areas to enjoy. The living room and kitchen are plenty big to accommodate our entire group. The check in/out process what a breeze. Would recommend this property to anyone.
