Great locations lots of space for 7 adults. Beds were comfy. Lacking in some kitchen amenities. Outdoor carpet filthy/mold. Not much care to the outdoor patios.

The property was fine. A little off the beaten path but easy to get to Broadway Property does need some maintenance on garbage disposal filter on refrigerator changed and main floor toilet ran all the time. Also last stair blends with hallway so need to pay attention coming down stairs.

Perfect house

We were five couples and this house was perfect. There was lots of room, the beds were all comfortable and the house was clean. The location was great as it was just a short Uber ride to Broadway. The owner was also very accommodating when we asked for a later checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property, well appointed!

This is a great house for a couple of families - big common area and enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Layout was great and the decor was very nice. Upper deck was a great hang out to watch New Year fireworks. Laura was very responsive which we appreciated!
