Husband and wife on business in Charlotte - Private apartment with open floorplan Located in a very nice quiet neighborhood, easily accessible from HWY 74 - good variety of nearby restaurants, very clean throughout, kitchen with dinette, washer/dryer accessible - furniture and bed very comfortable -property manager readily available - very comfortable stay - would definitely rent again

Refreshing and quiet getaway!

This is a beautiful apartment, in a very nice neighborhood, quiet and conveniently located just a mile from US 74 on the southeast side of Charlotte. Glad to recommend!

Business stay

This apartment was perfect for my business trip! It was right in the center of town perfect to all the restaurants and close to where I needed to get to for my plant. The apartment was exceptional, clean and convenient to all locations. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Another Great Stay

We absolutely LOVE staying here whenever we come to town to visit our daughter. It’s so clean and convenient - it’s close to everything!! The neighborhood is quiet and great for morning/evening walks. Marie is a superb host and makes it so easy for us. 5 stars for all categories!!

Very peaceful

Our stay was very pleasant and peaceful. All the amenities of a small apartment and none of the hassles of a hotel. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a private and quiet location to stay.

Nice area, cute decor, quiet. We did have an issue with the lock. We notified the host and she promptly took care of the issue. Just needed new batteries.

Perfect One Bedroom

This property was perfect for my stay in Monroe. The neighborhood was very nice. I would call this a mother-in-law suite and it had everything I needed. It was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. When I go back to Monroe this would be my first choice.

Beautiful home in a well maintained neighborhood!

The host was very prompt in returning messages and the home is beautifully appointed. It was a breath of fresh air to arrive and see a flag that exclaimed JESUS upon arrival! I highly recommend this house and would give it a 12/10 if the system would allow it!

Pleasant Location

We were visiting our daughter during family weekend and found the property in a pleasant neighborhood. This location was within a good distance from her and stores, etc. Thank you for providing a nice space for our family to relax and spend time together.

Great place!

We loved our stay at this property! We spent the Labor Day weekend here as well as an extended long weekend later in the Fall. The apartment is the perfect size for two people and it’s stocked with everything you need. And Marie is a superb hostess!! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. 5 stars!!

Perfect name…Tranquility

I had a quick but wonderful stay at Tranquility. After a 13 hour drive, the place is true to its name. Easy to find. Clean, quaint and comfortable. Perfect for a single person or couple. Close to everything. I would stay here again!

Nice little place

This apartment was very clean. I was able to work from there while my daughter was taking a Military Tactical Practitioner course. Ms, Marie was very kind and even checked in to see if there was anything that we might need. Highly recommend!

My new Home away from Home!

This place is in my hometown and I visit family at least once a month. I have been staying in hotels or with family members until I found this beautiful place. It is fully equipped with everything you need...very quiet area and reasonably priced. I couldn't be happier!

Tranquility

The apartment is just beautiful. It is clean and I have very high expectations of clean. This was very clean,. The comfort and coziness was what I really liked too. It was in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. The yard was very pretty! My son lives in Monroe so I definitely will stay again. Five Star plus! Thank you Marie for sharing your home!

Great little apartment

Apartment was mostly very clean although we did see a few dead bugs around the baseboards in bedroom. Was very surprised by the unkept lawn. High grass and piles of used lumber, etc.This however had no effect on the apartment. Would def stay again.
