The beach is only a half-mile walk or a quick drive with free parking and easy access. You can even drive up and park on the beach if you prefer!

I can't thank Catrina enough for creating such a wonderful space for our vacation. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness in meeting the needs of her guests are truly commendable. The decor is beautifully done, making us feel right at home. The house itself, along with its great location, made for a fantastic stay. We would love to return!

Great Place to Stay!

This house was perfect all around! We had a group of 8 people and 2 dogs and stayed 3 nights. The house was very clean and had plenty of room! It is in a quiet neighborhood and everything you need is just a short drive/walk away (Restaurants, grocery stores, starbucks, souvenir shops). The beach is also just a short 3 minute drive as well and the St Augustine shopping area is about 15/20 minutes away. The house has everything you need to be comfortable and is exactly as shown in the pictures. We would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay here again next time we visit!

Beautiful home

We loved staying here. We had five adults in our party and there was plenty of room for all. The house is very comfortable and inviting. The beach was super close and if you have a 4x4 you can drive right on the sand. I would highly recommend this house to anyone heading to St. Augustine. Loved every moment.

Our yearly "girls" trip was very nice. The house was exactly as the pictures showed. The owner was very responsive to answer my questions and provide good suggestions for planning our trip.

What a wonderful home!

This was a fantastic place to stay! Clean, comfortable, spacious
 and tons of hangers in the closet (it’s the little things 😎). Also plenty of space for the stuff we brought with us! Minutes from public access to beach, restaurants, and grocery store. Owners were very responsive and fixed the one issue we had very quickly. Back yard for my dog was perfect! Smoky is already missing it! A lovely 3 week stay. Highly recommend!!

Great house and location!

Very nice and clean house! The kids loved the house and play area in the yard. Quick and easy drive to the beach. Communication with the owner was great, and she really made us feel at home. She even mailed us my daughters blanket after we forgot it. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay

Went to visit family that is local to St Augustine, this was the perfect location for beaches and other locations of interest. Neighborhood was so quiet it was deceiving how close we were to everything! This property has everything you need to have a great stay, if I thought about it the owner already had it stocked. I’ve stayed in other locations when it was home away where I had to buy paper towels or toilet paper or dish soap, not here. Highly recommend!

Great property

This is a very well-kept property in a great location, within walking distance of some great Florida beaches. Clearly the owner has taken great care with choosing good furniture and making sure it's suitable for kids (there were several travel cots for example). It was immaculate when we arrived, with a bottle of wine waiting for us. New TVs are in almost every room. Communication with owner is timely and friendly. Nice backyard, great for kids or adults. Great for our family of 7!!

Casa DeSoto was wonderful! When we arrived, the house was very clean and smelled amazing! It's decorated beautifully with beachy vibes. The kids loved the hammock, sand area and toys in the back yard, and the games and toys inside. The beds were comfy, and there were lots of little extras to help make the stay more comfortable. There were lots of yummy restaurants nearby. There was beach access with free parking super close, and you can also drive on the beach during part of the year (we thought that was pretty cool).

This property is located a few blocks from the beach. We spent months getting it all fixed up so our renters will have the best experience. We had a lot of fun painting furniture and finding quirky items to give this home some charm!
