Sunshine way is a 4 bedroom pool home nestled in the Vilano Beach area of Historic St Augustine Florida. The Family friendly home is a great place for a week away to allow the salt air to heal your stress and cares. **Hi-speed WiFi** streaming TVs**10 drive to downtown historic sites**restaurants and shopping closeby or Shipt/InstaCart/Uber available * 4 minutes walk to beach** Pool* 2 story* full kitchen** Parking for 3 cars** Parking and quiet times enforced. NO PARTIES will be tolerated

Quiet residential neighborhood. very walkable and bikeable. Feel free to bring or rent a golfcart. MUST ONLY have 3 cars to avoid ticketing Separate parking lot 1 mile away for trailers. Aunt Kates on the intercoastal water way close by. Aunt Kates and city pier available to bring your boats or kayaks (Again-- CANNOT park on the street so car count includes trailer)

Golf Carts, biking, walking, Uber/Lyft, or driving is all friendly in the area. Parking downtown is best at the Visitor center garage.
Quiet times and parties are NOT allowed. Neighbor calls on cars , noise and trash violations.

Area and town has strict parking, trash and noise policy and fines. All Fines will be paid by guest.

Pets will require a card on file before access and limited to 2 (lease laws are fully in place and animal even service animal must be in full control of owner and owner complete responsibility during stay.

Pool heat and additional propane will require additional fees based on stay.

NO TOWELS or laundry on front railing. MUST be put on the back yard railing. Please rinse before entering home especially your pup to avoid additional cleaning fees.

During stay ***especially during high summer heat and added pool heat** please add water to the pool to bring up to surface level to avoid filter not running during your stay
Lawn and pool care may come during your stay based on weather and will not interfere in your stay.

Upon Departure 10am strict: all garbage must be fully bagged and removed. Dishwasher run, please let us know if anything needs attention. All items in home should be returned fully were found.
Owner is not liable for Guest allowing under-age drinking or parties. Guest will be charged fines beginning at $1000 and/or full removal with no refund.
