We are located in the back of a cozy Cul-Da-Sac in an extremely safe and quiet neighborhood. We are located half a mile from Horizon park which includes a kids playground, baseball fields, basketball court, and a dog park. Dining, entertainment and convenience stores located just around the corner including AJ’s Fine Foods, Chipotle, Flo’s Asian, Pita Jungle, Walgreens, Twin Peaks, etc. Enjoy a nice stroll to nearby events including Barrett Jackson and Waste Management Phoenix Open. 3 miles to the exciting entertainment district at the Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons featuring great shopping and dining. 5 miles to TopGolf, Talking Stick Casino and Resort, and Diamondback/Rockies Spring Training. A short 10 mile Uber to the exciting nightlife in Old Town Scottsdale and 15 miles to downtown Tempe (Arizona State University). Looking for a nice hike?
