The upstairs features 2 guest bedrooms, a sleeping loft with a pull-out couch, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The excellent open great room overlooks the Broad River view and includes the upscale kitchen.

Outside the home, picture being in the woods and hearing the sounds of nature, all while having the Broad River right in your backyard! Sit on one of our beautiful wrap-around decks, or if you prefer the shade, lounge in one of two screened-in porches. Looking for more activity, go swimming in your own swimming hole, sit and watch your family play in the sand, go fishing, and or tubing, all right from your back door! Cross the river, and you have a little private island where you can watch the rapids go by! At night, sit in the backyard as you create lasting memories while being tucked away in this little gem in the woods.

There are even more adventures to experience! Our community has a private beach perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, picnicking, grilling, etc. Our area boasts four beautiful golf courses, all within driving distance! This home also offers many movies to choose from, WiFi (although only sometimes consistent as we are a cabin in the woods). DirectTV, and a closet filled with board games, comic books, kid's books, and books for adults. The property has a Weber gas grill.

We are also about 15 minutes from Chimney Rock, a great little town with lots of fun shopping, restaurants, and a spa.(Chimney Rock is under construction from Hurricane Fall 2024) Want a little more action? Hendersonville and Asheville are an easy 45-minute. drive. We have an Ingles grocery store just minutes from the house, so no need to stress about bringing all your food, etc.
