Newly renovated, newly furnished and with a fully equipped kitchen, it has everything you need to never leave the beach, including a community pool available at the end of the private boardwalk. The property is 3 miles from Rosemary Beach's award-winning restaurants and shops and 7.5 miles from Pier Park, where you can find shopping, a wide variety of restaurants and night clubs, a 16 theater cinema, and an amusement park for children. It is only a short drive to all of the beaches of 30-A and less than one mile from Publix and CVS.

You will enjoy the convenience of your own private garage with a private entrance. The first floor contains the main living area (with cable television), dining area, kitchen, pantry, full hall bath, and guestroom with 1 queen bed, as well as a private patio overlooking the beach to watch the sunset and the dolphins swimming. The second floor includes a guestroom with 2 twin beds and ful hallway bath, and the master bedroom with a king bed, en suite bath, and private patio.

Great Beach access!

The property in whole is old and does not seem to be taken care of very well! I’m speaking of the entire property as a whole! The guest house we stayed in was remodeled but there are some things that I wanna bring to attention. First off there is no ceiling fans and the ceilings are really low, second the units air flow is very sub par and it’s a very hot condo! The host is absolutely amazing and very accommodating to guest A+. We had issue with the Ac upon arrival and one night during the week while the fans did help this is not what you want to happen on vacation. The popcorn 1980 ceiling need to go just makes condo look back. Kitchen, living area, balcony all were great. Bathrooms were great also! The beds are comfortable also. I think they need more places to throw away garbage rather than walking 200 yards to nearest dumpster. The parking spaces and driving area is extremely tight so if you have a big truck (forget about it). Curtains would have been nice to have cause the light shines through the blinds. All in all we made the best out of the trip and it beats staying in the high rises waiting on elevators all day.

This property was perfect! It’s beautiful, relaxing with great accommodations. I absolutely loved that I didn’t have to go buy all the extra stuff for the beach, sand toys, chairs, boards etc. Those are things we only need and use while at the beach so not having to spend that extra money or have to haul it back home was a bonus win for me! The location is perfect, my family will definitely come again and would be happy to rent this exact property for future trips!
