Oceanfront Condo Halii Kai 14D

Take advantage of this spectacular panoramic oceanfront view of the coastline when you book this vacation rental condo. Experience a real treat when you book between mid-December through early May and get a chance to see the friendly whales frolicking just off our shores. Behind the view is a spacious 2-bedroom 2 bath with a living room and sofa bed, dining area, kitchen, and a covered lanai while maintaining privacy. The master suite has a king-sized bed and the guest room has a Queen. We also have a fold out couch in the couch in the living room is a Queen. Guests can enjoy air-conditioning, free WIFI, internet and cable, top-of-the-line appliances, and more.

The condo has all new furnishings and has been freshly painted. The gourmet kitchen comes equipped with basic kitchen items to prep your next meal. The dining table seats 6, there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter, and extra seating on the outdoor lanai. This villa has just about everything that you need in the comfort of your own home.

Halii Kai 14D has one reserved parking space outside of the garage. There are also open visitor parking spaces nearby.

Hali'i Kai Resort is a private, gated resort community that has unbeatable amenities. The oceanfront amenity center includes a multi-tiered lagoon style salt water pool with waterfall and jacuzzi, a fully equipped fitness center that overlooks the ocean, grills and dining area for your use, and the Ocean Club. The private Ocean Club is a poolside restaurant and bar where you can enjoy a happy hour, a gourmet meal, or sip on a Mai Tai while you watch the whales in season. Tennis courts and basketball court are located a short walk away.
The Waikoloa Beach Resort contains two world-class golf courses, two exceptional shopping centers (Queen's Shops and King's Shops) with luxury movie cinema and nightly entertainment most evenings, a selection of superb dining choices, and Anaeho'omalu Beach, the gorgeous white-sand beach with Lava Lava Beach Club. All this just a short walk from your tropical resort villa in Hali'i Kai.

The Hali'i Kai Resort requires a resort fee of $25/night per unit to be paid at check in. The fee allows guests to the Ocean Club, amenities, and parking pass. The Halii Kai front office is open every day from 10am – 6pm.

Beautiful and pristine oceanfront condo in the Halii Kai resort property. Condo is steps away from the private resort Ocean Club with picturesque pool and full service restaurant/bar. Great location in Waikoloa resort area, close to restaurants, shopping, and Hāpuna Beach. Unit is stocked with beach gear. Highly recommend!

We Love Halii Kai 14D!

Highly recommend! The condo was clean and ready for us upon arrival. It was a wonderful surprise to find beach towels, water toys and a beach umbrella in the closets! The view from the lani was incredible; saw amazing sunsets and whales! The gated community was a bonus; it felt very safe and was nicely kept.

Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful condo and property. This was trip# 5 to the big island and we are so happy we splurged for this ocean front experience. The unit was comfy and had the basics in terms of kitchen and beach gear, which was a plus. The lanai is the distinguishing factor here
. Amazing sunsets 
 a different view each night. We also highly enjoyed the pool and found the staff there quite friendly.

Amazing Property

Halii Kai 14D was an amazing property. The views from the patio and from the living area were mesmerizing. It was so relaxing to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. The unit was nicely furnished with new furniture and well stocked with everything you would need; we cooked in most nights and didn't find anything lacking for kitchen utensils. We prefer the calm of this area to the traffic jams in Kona. The location within the complex was perfect, just a couple minutes to walk to the ocean front club house. The pool was beautiful and it was pretty special to work out on the ocean facing ellipticals. The deciding factor for me if I will rent a place again is the ease of working with owners or property managers. Olivia our property manager was so attentive, responsive and accommodating. She always responded within minutes and allowed us a late check out because I don't think anyone was arriving the day of our departure. This rental was one of the best experiences I've ever had and I will absolutely rent this unit again.

Great location, terrible details & communication

We rarely post reviews, regardless of our experience as everyone has a different set of standards. However, this is our 10th visit to Hali'i Kai and our first in 14D, all have gone to plan except in this unit. The unit changed hands in August, the carpet was changed but nothing else in this tired unit, then thrown into the rental pool apparently. I sent multiple emails to Hawaii Luxury RE during our stay, just to alert them to follow ups needed for the backed up disposal, dryer venting into the interior, shower door water stripping hanging by a thread, internet outage, and a few other basic expectations that usually are no brainers. Never heard back from anyone. Lastly, the generic email for check-out time is incorrect. It states 4pm, which mirrors the check-in time. Hard to beat location, but somebody needs to step up their game.

Beautiful property. Not too big and not too small.

We loved the location of this condo property. Although we love white sandy beaches being front and center to the ocean was important to us even though black La a separated us. An unexpected surprise was the private Ocean Club. Beautiful setting on the ocean front. Nice exercise room with ocean views and ocean breezes and top notch bar and dining experience.
