Our family had a fantastic time!

Our family had a fantastic time! It was nice, the bed was smaller than expected in the master. However the shower & huge patio with a little privacy made up for that.

Independence Day 2020

This property is located in a prime area near the county pier and several restaurants within walking distance. The view during the fireworks show off the county pier was priceless. We will definitely check back next year for availability.

Spring break with family

Very nice condo with everything we needed. Tiki bar was great for lunch so we didn’t have to leave. Only negative was the master bedroom mattress. Really needs to be replaced. Overall a great rental.

We were told day before arrival could not use deck….get there and all deck furnitures blocked living

Southern stood with us and found us a new better place to stay. Yes repairs and remodels going on but not directly on our place of rental, so polite, so accommodating, always a smile and friendly. We have found a new company and wonderful place to stay. First three days were misery and not one phone call from VRBO

The condo was disappointing,

The floors were dirty when we arrived. The furniture in living and dining area was worn out.. sliding door curtains were mildewed. Living room rug was dirty. Will not stay here again.

Don’t book unit 1503

Location is great!! Condo was the worst one we have ever rented. When we got to room black mold was on wall going into kitchen, in all shower ceilings. Overall unit was not cleaned properly at all!! Door fell off tv cabinet and I had to fix it my self. I called the 800 number to report it and the mold, neither was taken care of, nor was we offered anything about it. We will never stay again. Was told that it came with wrist bands and 2 parking spaces at booking. Few days before I get an email saying I have to purchase them extra ($80)!!!

1st and Last!

Upon arrival the unit is much smaller than pictured. It took 24 hrs for the refrigerator to cool. We had $200 worth of groceries. I was pissed. The floor was so filthy my grandson feet were black within minutes. The kitchen utensils were minimal. If yoi want to cook bring your own pans because I had to go back to the store and buy pans!!! The balcony OMG it was so dirty, sand, and ashes everywhere! At night there was no light on the balcony. It was pitch black. If it wasn't for the my kids who didn't care and the beach I would've called and took time away from my family to deal with the situation.

View was gorgeous!

Location was convenient and the tiki bar and snow cone hut were definitely a plus! Live entertainment a few nights. It was a bit rainy but we made the best of it!

It was great other than having mold and bed was uncomfortable.

Overall renting condo was great, the stay was great. There was mold on ceiling in master suite bathroom shower. The master suite mattress needs to be replaced. It slept like an old mattress like you felt springs. Air conditioning was noisy in extra bedroom. The balcony floor was awful dirty. The view was perfect. Kitchen was clean and living room and bathrooms. Under the twin double bunk I think it needs a board under the mattress because either the head or the foot kept sinking in the bed frame.

Florida vacation

The location and building were great. The condo was not as clean as would have liked, found candy wrappers on floors, carpets didn’t appear vacuumed and drawers were very dirty. Furniture indoor and outdoor is dated. Didn’t spend much time inside so overlook most but the cabinets were pretty gross.

Our condo needs updating

TVS did not work Outlets did not work Hot Tub was overcrowded with kids and drunks. Maximum occupancy was supposed to be 6. There were 25 people in it at one time. Security guards constantly walking around telling kids to not throw any balls in pool, no music, no drinks even on side of pool, but could have 25 people in hot tub. Tiki bar was awesome Ocean access is very good

Great view, parking is a task!

This unit has an amazing view and was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It has a huge balcony with plenty of seating. What they don’t tell you in the description is that parking is $20 per car and that you only get two per stay. Also, parking is a hectic task! You must park in tower 1 and take two elevators and cross a bridge to get to your unit in tower 2. Also elevators took upwards of 20 minutes due to the summer crowd. And parking was difficult, the deck was full most days and I had to park in the overflow deck. ALSO, check in is at 4pm and check out is at 9am! The website stated you could pay for an early check in and late check out, but I was told that they couldn’t accommodate. Overall, a great unit with a great view! But parking and elevators made the stay difficult. Tips: -call the day of check in to see if they will allow you to go in early.
