Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Loved it

This place was amazing. My family enjoyed walking to the beach. The pool was soo fun. Had some shower issues but customer service was excellent. Thank you, definitely would love to return.

Everything was perfect. We were just very disappointed that the pool wasn’t ready. When we got in around 6pm they said it was closed for 2 hours while the chemicals did their work. At 8 the water was still so cloudy you couldn’t see through it. We talked the kids into waiting until the next morning to get some swim time but by the morning it still didn’t look clean. This was honestly our only complaint. Even the breakfast before we left was fabulous. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Winder, GA.

Great Location

The house was really nice with the exception of a few dead roaches that were there upon our arrival but we didn't see any other critters during our stay so we assumed they maybe flew in during the last stay. The location is very close to the beach. I would rent again for sure

Great for a big family

Had plenty of space for me and all 6 kids. Kitchen was great for cooking meals, save money on food. Pool was right out the back door. Perfect for when your tired and the kids still want to swim. The beach was a bit of a walk but nothing too bad. One of the nicer places we have stayed, and the most space to accommodate our big family. It’s nice when we aren’t on top of eachother.
