Located on nearly a full wooded acre, you will enjoy being convenient close to all the fun, yet feel the in the National Park Feel of the Great Smoky Mountains. Relax outdoors in the outdoor living room with 18 foot swim spa, hot tub and outdoor firepit. Have fun indoors in your game room with several arcade games and pool table.

Prepare in cabin meals in your fully equipped kitchen with gas grill on the deck. Gather in the great room in front of the fireplace and then retire to one of the 4 bedrooms (including a kids bunk room)

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was nice and the property was big - worth the price. The company responded to messages quickly, but the times they listed to have things done such as maintenance or housekeeping was never accurate. Employees would come on average 2 hrs after the mentioned time. We got in late our first night so since the beds weren't clean, we had to sleep in unwashed sheets. There were also two trash bags full of stuff left outside, and the "heated pool" was under maintenance our entire stay.

Great place to spend Easter

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental overall was a good experience. The swim spa was dirty and a few of the cabinet doors didn’t close right. Also the stove is very unlevel. The mattress could use some upgrading also. They were very uncomfortable and it was difficult to get to sleep.

Nice cabin but not cleaned very well

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin itself was pretty nice We enjoyed most of our stay there minus being locked out of the game room for a period of time when we arrived wanted to beds was broke spider webs and dust webs all over the house they're cleaning company does not do a good job floors were sticky candy wrappers and dresser drawers bottle tops from glass bottles never disposed of about 25 to 30 of them there was bird poop all over the window on some of the games and I seen a review 3 weeks ago where this was talked about so evidently they're cleaning company does not clean very well this place is unsanitary The view was nice outside in the front there's trash on the ground plastic cups liquor bottles on the edge of the driveway. The maintenance man gets a thumbs up on my half after being locked out of the game room he was too worse than less than 30-45 minutes and had us in the door in less than 2 minutes and fix the bed while he was there and then came back and salted the porch for us because it was icing over kudos to him

Not worth the price
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin description pretty accurate looks more outdated than pictures represent. There was a dead bird in game room that had defecated on games all in the room and upstairs in theatre room. Our heat went out first night called the “emergency” number at 5am they informed they were unable to contact maintenance so after 10am I had to call the office was able to speak to them and they said they hadn’t received anything from the on call about our heat. Heat was set to 70° and when we woke up it was 60° inside. Maintenance did get there shortly after making the call, emergency heat was put on by him and that same night heat stopped working again so during our brief stay we had very little heat.

Great Vacation! Beautiful Cabin!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is beautiful and very accommodating. The customer service I received at all times was superb. Any questions, issues or concerns were answered in a timely manner. The cabin was decently clean except for the floors. I took my shoes off and walked on my socks just for a bit because I realized just how dirty they got from the floor. The grill was also a bit dirty. We cleaned it better than how we found it. The big spa tub was a hit! We loved it! The other smaller hot tub was nice too. We also enjoyed most of the arcade games but a few of the machines have to be updated and 1 of them fix. There was also another arcade game at a different section that we didn’t get to play because I think you had to pay for it. It didn’t work like all the others that were free. I honestly didn’t ask if that was the issue, we just turned it off when we weren’t unable to play on it. Overall, the experience was great and the staff was excellent! Thank you to all the workers that made this experience one of the best!
