Denna "Beach Box" stuga har en av de bÀsta platserna i Kill Devil Hills för nÀra och bekvÀm tillgÄng till stranden, livsmedelsbutiker, drogbutiker, shopping och restauranger.

Det Àr en Àgare som hanteras, mycket ren, 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, en enda berÀttelse, "Smoke Free" strandstuga ligger i Kill Devil Hills, NC pÄ Mile Post 9 bara 2 partier tillbaka frÄn Beach Road. Under de högsta sommarveckorna hyr vi endast veckan - frÄn söndag till söndag. Under lÄgsÀsongen Àr stugan tillgÀnglig pÄ en nattbasis med ett minimum pÄ 3 natt. This was our second stay at this lovely house by the beach in the Outer Banks, and once again, it did not disappoint. The house was spotless when we arrived, which we truly appreciated. It's clear the owners take great care in maintaining the property.One of the things we love most about this location is how convenient everything is. It’s just a short walk to the beach, and we’re always happy to be so close to the ice cream shop—definitely a favorite stop after a day in the sun! There are plenty of activities nearby too, whether you're looking to relax or explore.Overall, it's the perfect spot for a beach getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit

The location is close to the beach - easily walkable - with plenty of parking spaces. The house has a full kitchen with everything a large family or group needs. The rooms are nice and can sleep at least 8. Also within short walk are plenty of local restaurants, bars, and shops.

My son and I stayed here for the OBX Car show. The house was cozy, clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. Very nice home. The flower beds were beautiful and well maintained. Would recommend.

September getaway

Went down for a long weekend and although the weather did not cooperate we made the best of it. The home had everything we needed to enjoy a rainy game of games on the covered porch and seating for everyone to enjoy movie night! Love the location to the beach and the conveinent location .

We had a great time. The house was just as pictured and was exactly what we expected. It was after we got there we used the same beach access on a precious stay. It was great. Able to walk to local resteraunts and eat before walking the beach. Would deffinatly look to stay again if vacationed in OBX again.

We loved this house! Very clean, had everything we needed, the updates were beautiful! Our kids were able to play on the newly laid sod without having to watch out for sand spurs. Right across the street from the beach and a delicious pizza place and in walking distance to a CVS. We had a great time and hope to book again at this house.

Fantastic getaway at OBX

We had a really positive experience staying here. The house was very comfortable for our family of five. I appreciated the well appointed kitchen, BBQ, and handful of spices to make dinners fuss-free. Great access to a beautiful stretch of OBX beach. We also really appreciated the availability of beach gear as well as games and DVDs. Restaurants and bars within a mile of the house. This definitely felt like a home away from home. I would definitely book again.

Perfect Vacation House

This house was perfection!!! It was clean, comfortable, well setup, and in a great location. We walked 2 mins to the beach every day (we saw dolphins while at the beach 3 days in a row). Places to eat and ice cream are in walking distance. Nice quiet neighborhood. The decks were amazing, nice place to eat and relax. The outdoor shower was clean and super convenient with 3 kids. This was definitely one of our favorite vacations and it all centered around the perfect vacation house.

Perfect beach house!

Our trip to kill devil hills was perfect and so was this cute little house! It was the perfect size for our family. Everything was so cutely decorated and all the furniture was extremely comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect. 2 minute walk straight to the beach, it was my favorite part. It’s also close to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We loved eating outside on the deck at the picnic table and swinging on the swing. The owner was very courteous and professional. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this house to anyone!

Great house in the perfect location!

We had a great stay! Everything was accurately described and checking in was a breeze. The owner is very responsive and really nice so that was very appreciated. Also, he did a nice job with the colors and decorations he chose, and it made you feel like you were at the beach. We loved the outdoor deck and enjoyed eating dinner outside. Also, my favorite spot on the deck was the swing! :). Another plus was the outdoor shower. It looked great and I truly enjoyed using it. All in all, it was the perfect beach getaway. I would stay here again!

Kill Devil House

This house was very confortable and nicely decorated with about a 5min leisurely walk to the beach. Many restaurants are within walking disysnce of less than .5 mi. The roads are a bit busy and not good for bike ridjng. We had a A/C problem while there that the owner responded to quickly and a service tech was able to be there within a few hours and fixed the issue. We would definitley stay here again.

Good location

The beach house is well equipped with good amenities. Great bath towels. Was surprised to have to make the beds, but understand why I guess. Never had to put linens on beds at a rental before but it did ensure they were clean. Being off-season, we did a lot of walking on the beach and just hanging out catching up. The house is very close to a convenient public beach access. Restaurants within walking distance and many options within a short drive. Didn't use beach towels. Wish we had the opportunity to use the outdoor shower, which looked amazing! Too cold for that. Enjoyable stay and would stay again.

The location was awesome! Beautiful outdoor spaces that we enjoyed. It was well equipped and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy. The only negative was cleanliness on arrival. Surfaces were dirty: crumbs on counter, splatters, toilets not clean. I’m thinking cleaner didn’t show? Wiped all down myself and all was good.

Perfect stay for 2 couples, comfortable beds, 2 full baths. Short walk to the beach, however we usually drove to restaurants and other places of interest due to many along busy highway. Host was extremely prompt with communications which was very helpful with questions, check-in, etc. We appreciated the restaurant and places of interest he recommended. Loved all of the family pics placed throughout the house and the feeling of a family friendly space.Beautiful spaces to sit outdoors, when weather not beach friendly.

Excellent location. One row from beach access on a side street. It has an excellent outdoor shower that we love. Plenty of kitchen accessories. The property is well maintained inside and outside. Free linens for beds. Towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and dish clothes provided. This house is very cozy and carpeted. Great outside porches and decks. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and kid toys for the beach. We have rented this beach house multiple times. Feels like home. Very nice place for the price.

Perfect summer beach house! Had a wonderful stay - enjoying coffee on the porch swing on the covered porch, fully stocked kitchen, short walk to the beach. Loved it all. We appreciated that all linens, beach chairs, and paper products were included. We also enjoyed watching the 4th of July fireworks from the top level porch!

We live in Richmond, VA., but we've always enjoyed spending time each summer vacationing in the Outer Banks. In 2008, we finally decided to buy our own property as a second home that we could not only use but share with others as well. We've been making improvements to the cottage each year ever since 2008. We go out of our way to keep the cottage neat and clean so our tenants can have an enjoyable, relaxing vacation.

We loved the location re: The beach, restaurants and the local drug & grocery stores. The cottage was structurally sound and it's size made it easier for us to upgrade/renovate ourselves.

The cottage is right in the heart of the Outer Banks and within 2 minutes of the beach. When it comes to convenience, comfort, cleanliness and affordability.....we found this cottage to be a great place to stay. All we had to do was add our personal touch.
