PRIVATE DOCK - INTERCOASTAL WATERWAY VIEWS: 5 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, Large Porch!

This beautiful home features a private dock on a canal with easy access to the Intercoastal Waterway. The open and newly refurnished living room is full of windows providing views of the waterway. The large deck wraps around half the house with the canal side completely covered providing an outdoor haven to enjoy even when the weather isn't perfect. The house and dock are positioned to give quick and easy access to boating and fishing opportunities on the waterway. On the hottest days of the summer, sit under the house and enjoy the cool breeze coming off the water. More of a beach person? No problem, the house is only 1/4 mile from the beach with public access points up and down the beach front.

We do not provide linens so please make sure to review the number of beds and sizes to plan accordingly.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! Great for our grown family (and grandchild). Floor plan was good, plenty of room for everyone, location was great!! Kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans and appliances.

Best Trip Ever!

Our family stayed here for the first time for our Annual OIB Thanksgiving trip. This property is amazing and exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect with panoramic views of the ICW. The house is a good size and the layout is great for large or multiple families. The host was very hospitable giving us detailed information to help us prepare for our trip. We will definitely be staying here again.

NC Oyster Festival home

I serve crab cakes annually at the NC Oyster Festival. I've stayed here twice, and will continue to do so if it's available. The home is always clean and is in a great location with awesome views on the intracoastal waterway. Correspondence with the property managers is always easy.

Great vacation house

This was a great location for a family as house is plenty big enough for 7 people. Location was close to a public beach access and as alwayd Ocean Isle delivered for family fun. The property owerd were great to work with and easy to reach if there were any isssues ( which were none).

Amazing house and perfect location

We visited Ocean Isle for a wedding, it was great that the house was so close to the main road as well as the beach. It was a great stay and a great location. The view of the backyard on the water was just incredible. On our next trip down, we will definitely consider this property to stay at again.

A relaxing week

Long awaited family vacation

This was the perfect home for families with children. The teens enjoyed spending time on the dock fishing and paddle boarding, as well as hanging out on the hammock under the house. It’s close to all the events of town. We rented a golf cart, which was a great investment, especially with the extreme heat this summer. Some beds could use new mattresses, but the bed in the downstairs primary suite was comfortable. Owners were quick to call or reply when needed. Thermostats were set on 80 when we arrived, which was very HOT. It finally cooled off around midnight. It would’ve been nice to have had thermostat lowered the morning prior to our arrival.

Great house for fishing and close to center of town

Enjoyable for the family with easy access to fishing. Perfect spot to bring or rent bikes to get around. House is well stocked so we were able to use a couple beach chairs for the beach. We appreciate your hospitality

Ocean Isle Beach Getaway!

Our stay at 91 Fairmont was enjoyable and relaxing. The home is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Beach access is available within walking distance. Public beach access areas have limited parking if you drive. We would stay again and do recommend.

Boaters Paridise

What a great little Labor Day getaway. The house was perfect and the location was great. We would go back and stay longer anytime. I would highly recommend this property and Pete was amazing to work with. Go here and rent or bring your boat and you will have the beach to yourself.
