The condo was clean and had all we needed to fix meals. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had. It had plenty of space for my family of 6 to stay comfortably. My kids loved the pool that was at the condo. Occasionally you could hear people from the unit above us either walking or dropping something but it wasn't constant or a huge issue. One of the dish boxes wasn't working but it was the one in the living room and did not effect our happiness with the unit as we mainly watched the tvs in the bedrooms. I never contacted the host about the issue as it was nothing we needed fixed during our stay, however I do plan to let them to know for the next that are staying. We had a great time and this condo was perfect and more budget friendly than others we had looked at with the same amenities.

Great home away from home. The location is perfect to be close to the main strip but away from all the traffic. Walking distance from the beach. Full kitchen with everything provided which was a plus for our big family. Grill and pool on site was also clean and great for us after being out.. Vaca 2022

The ease of finding the location and checking in was great. There is also a public beach access right across the street which was very convenient. The only issue we had was with the construction of new condos right next door. They were there brought and early at 8am everyday.

Birthday trip!!

Loved this place. The only thing it says just steps to the beach which made me think maybe right across the street. There are fences stopping you from cutting through so you have to walk all the way around down the street then go down the sidewalk a block to get the the beach. Not fun carrying all the beach gear there and back. But overall the place is great!! Would definitely recommend.

Jennifer, Happy Birthday! We are so glad you had such a great stay in this awesome property and hope you made lasting memories during your special time here. We are so sorry about the confusion regarding the proximity to the beach. We took for granted in the listing that everyone knows that you cannot trespass or cross on private property to access the beach and for that we are terribly sorry. We will update the description so that future guests have a better understanding of how to access the beach and also update the distance. Although it is a short walk, not everyone will think so and that was a great, valid point. We hope you will come be our guest again soon. Be sure to mention staying with us prior so we can apply a returning guest discount to all of your future bookings. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Great girls trip

The condo was so cute and in a great location. Pool was nice. There were little things like, it was apparent that it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The carpet was dirty and there was sand left all over the floors. The dishwasher smelled like shrimp and you could tell it wasn't run properly by the previous tenants or cleaning crew, but nothing a little bleach didn't fix. Beds were hard, but overall we enjoyed our stay!

Small vrbo connected to many others like a motel

There were several issues with the property. First, the owner was very unresponsive and did not accommodate to our change of schedule that we had. The property itself was similar to what was listed but much smaller and the pool is not big at all compared to the photo. The neighbors of the property got into a huge fight with the other neighbors surrounding the area, causing the police to come the fire department to come in an ambulance. Next-door, we’re under age kids that stayed up all night and played very loud music along with the people above us. If you’re renting out this place, you have to know that the crowd in the building will also be looking for a cheap place to stay. The property is really not close to much you have to Uber everywhere in this town.

Maria, We have looked back through all communications to our office phones, text messages and emails. We never heard from you during your stay at all regarding any of the things you mention in this negative review. That is terribly upsetting and completely unfair! If you would've let us know of the issues you were experiencing, while they were happening, not after departure, we could've assisted with making your stay more enjoyable. The only correspondence we received from you were via email through the app provided by VRBO, and that was regarding the change to your dates last minute prior to your arrival. We let you know that we could not allow you to cut your trip short last minute and refund a large portion of your stay as that is NOT our office policy, nor is it fair to our owner of this great property. This is considered a budget friendly unit that caters to families and small groups of friends, however this is NOT a party pad. Had we known of the issues or had you brought them to our attention during your stay, we are certain one phone call to the association would've handled all of this and your stay would not have been what you described in this review. We are terribly sorry if you were offended by us not changing your dates to accommodate you last minute but had you read the rental confirmation that you signed, you would've known our office policy. We hope you understand that rules are in place for many reasons, and that you will give us another try in the future. Thank you! We look forward to you coming to be our guest again soon to take advantage of the discount we offer all of our returning guests. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

July 2023 Stay

The condo was located in a fantastic part of town, perfect location to the beach. It was also laid out perfectly for our family (mom/dad/4 kids). My only complaint was that it was really dirty. When we arrived it was very obvious it hadn't been cleaned. The rugs were covered with dirt, crumbs, sand, etc, the table had red sticky stuff all over it, sink had toothpaste and sand in it. The floors were so dirty you had to wear shoes/sandals the entire time or your feet would be completely black. The beds were nice and comfortable, and they seem clean but I think cleaning staff just neglected the rest of the condo. If the condo had been cleaned it would have been perfect, however because of the mess I don't think we will be coming back to this location.

Vitamin Sea

We spent most of our time at the beach, but when we did try to enjoy the house, there were a few things the family gave their 2cents.. Why are the plates so big and plastic, all the pots and pans are trashed, the shower curtain was deplorable, could barely read what's on the tiny tv. But for a quick get away, it did what it was suppose to do i guess. I would give it 4 stars, but the shower curtain gross out my wife, and she refuse to shower in the master bathroom. For $6 you could replace the curtains every other stays and keep your guess from being disgusted from the mold growth. Have the cleaner text a picture of the conditions of the house to the owner, and see if they would be ok with the moldy curtains. other than that, everything else was fine.
