Welcome to breathtaking views and the ultimate relaxation while you soak up all those gorgeous things the house has to offer. Our spacious brand-new villa was built in a quiet neighborhood and it is a great place for families or group of friends.
Are you tired of the noise of the city? Isolate yourself at this stunning 4 bedroom seaside retreat. Spectacular sea view from open plan living area and fully stocked modern kitchen, living and dining room. Outdoor area features swimming pool, from where you can enjoy the sea view, or you can have your meal at outdoor dining table and also use the BBQ section that's in the backyard. And let's not forget secure private parking. Don’t have to share house with anyone just private places for you in your private get away.

AVOID - construction site

This property did not offer “breathtaking views” or “ultimate relaxation.” The property is surrounded by houses in various states of construction, with drilling, banging, and workers burning trash with smoke coming into the pool area from 8am - 5pm despite what the host will tell you. The lights in the kitchen didn't work, there is Christmas decor throughout the house (even in May), faucets are loose, wires exposed everywhere, the master bathroom shower doesn't drain properly and floods the bathroom, the sheets don't fit the bed properly, WE LOST POWER AND WIFI also meaning the TVs weren't functional. Despite all of the issues and leaving early, the host refused to refund us even though she implied she would. This house is not worth all of the headaches- stay ANYWHERE ELSE and avoid this overpriced home which is a scam.

Krimovica is geographically very well positioned and is located in the center of the Montenegrin coast. It is a place that belongs to the municipality of Kotor. It is located near Jaz and Budva, and it's very easy to reach the nearby towns and several of the most attractive beaches on our coast.

The house itself is located in a quiet place, away from city noise and crowds, from where there is an excellent view of the Adriatic Sea and untouched nature.
