This gorgeous newly listed Old Town Scottsdale rental features a brand-new heated pool, a freshly landscaped backyard with a covered patio & yard games, and a recently renovated interior! Being just one mile from Scottsdale's main attractions, this home is in the perfect location for visitors: 15 minutes from the airport and about a three minute drive from Old Town Scottsdale! The home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably. Please note that the pool can be heated for an additional fee.

The Desert Sunset vacation rental home is an entertainer’s dream, with a spacious living area, giant game room, and large backyard with tons of games and activities inside and out! It’s perfect for large groups or families. The southwestern home decor and artwork is inspired by the amazing Arizona sunsets and landscape.

*Pool can be heated upon request with a minimum length of two days. Heating fee will be $150 for the minimum, and any
additional days will be $75 per day*

The master bedroom has a king-size bed along with a TV/cable and attached full bathroom, which was completely renovated in January 2021. The second bedroom can accommodate four additional guests in two queen size beds. The third bedroom also features 2 queen beds to accommodate four additional guests. The fourth bedroom has a king size bed to accommodate 2 additional guests, and features a private entrance, as well as custom barn doors that lead into the spacious game room.

There are plenty of mirrors throughout the house (that are conveniently placed next to outlets) so that there is plenty of space for large groups to all get ready at the same time if needed.

The very spacious backyard is great for a fun and relaxing time. The yard features a large pool (installed February 2021) which can be heated for a fee of $75 per night. The backyard also features a covered patio with outdoor couches, tables, and chairs, a grill, and a TV. Also in the backyard, you'll find lounge chairs/umbrellas, corn-hole, ping-pong, and giant Jenga, along with twinkling string lights.

There are plenty of pool towels and bath towels for up to fourteen guests, and basic toiletries are provided, along with hairdryers. The kitchen is fully stocked as well. The house is equipped with a keyless entry system, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in.

*Disclosure Regarding Pool Heat*
Before requesting pool heat, please be advised of the following:

We cannot make the pool into a hot tub! The maximum temperature we heat the pools to is 85 degrees. Please also be advised that in the winter months when the overnight temperature drops below 50 degrees, the pool heaters will simply shut off to avoid mechanical damage to the heat pump system due to the ice that will form otherwise on the internal coils. The heaters will turn back on automatically when the temperature outside goes back up/when the ice that was forming to cause the shut off melts, but this means that we cannot promise the pool will stay heated to our normal of 85 degrees. Even with the cooler temperatures, the pool heaters do tend to keep the pools within 5 degrees of the desired temperature. This turning on and off the heater is very expensive for the homeowners, hence the pool heating charge. Therefore, please note we will NOT be able to refund the pool heating charge if you feel the pool did not stay warm enough during your stay. The pools have been heating up to 75-85 degrees, which is 35-45 degrees higher than the outdoor temperature.
