The first floor features a cozy den with two twin beds and two twin trundles, perfect for restful nights or lazy afternoons. The heart of the home consists of a welcoming living room with a luxurious full sleeper sofa ensuring ample space for everyone. For those seeking a more permanent residence, The Eastland is available for long-term rental starting at $2,200/month. Ideal for digital nomads and students, you’ll find it hard to locate a home as spacious and centrally located as this. Please note: a refundable security deposit of $500 is required for stays between 30 days and six months, while a deposit of $1,000 is required for stays over six months.

Important Note: Due to the nature of Nashville's popularity boom, please anticipate some construction disruption in the surrounding area Monday through Friday from 7 am to 7 pm.
