This 3 bedroom / 2 full bath house in Lighthouse Point is truly a tropical sanctuary. The spacious private backyard is the perfect place to relax by the pool! The back yard is overlooked by a newly updated kitchen and a sizable dining room. Recently renovated, the house is beautifully furnished with brand new furniture. The living room has a 60" smart HDTV, and all bedrooms have 32" smart HDTVs. It has a massive on-site laundry room with brand-new high-quality washer and dryer.
For both beach loving Floridians and vacationers alike, Lighthouse Point has become one of the most desirable sought-after neighborhoods in Broward County. It is a peaceful, safe and beautiful neighborhood…the location is just perfect! Oasis Point is located east of US1/Federal Highway and minutes away from Broward County's most serene beaches, shopping, and entertainment venues. Oasis Point is conveniently located in-between the award winning “Blue Wave” beaches of Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach. The beaches short drive or bicycle trip away.
The kitchen is very well stocked and fully equipped including: double sink, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster and all the other small appliances, utensils and cookware you will need. Any special requests for any specific small appliances can usually be met with enough notice. We can do your initial grocery shopping (for a small fee) for you prior to your arrival, so you can start your enjoying your vacation the moment you walk in the door. We do provide a complimentary first round of K-Cups for the Keurig. A BBQ gas grill is also provided for your use in the backyard.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, with en-suite bathroom (vanity and shower), and a custom wardrobe closet. In addition, to the king sized bed, there is a large smart TV.
The remaining 2 bedrooms each have queen sized beds, large flat screen smart TV's and custom wardrobe closets.
A second bathroom conveniently located in the hallway, is complete with a bathtub/shower combination, vanity and toilet.
The kitchen, living room, and dining area are all open plan. The dining table seats 8. The living room has a flat screen smart tv, sleeper couch, love seat and an accent chair. Comcast cable package and Wi-Fi is included.
This house is set up primarily for guest use; nobody else lives on the property. All areas of the house, private back yard and front yard is available for guest use only. Expect maintenance workers (pool cleaner, landscape crew) once a week.
SURVEILLANCE / CAMERAS: The entire front of the house is monitored by video cameras to prevent parties, unauthorized guests, vandalism, theft etc. There are no cameras in the backyard or inside of the house.
PARKING
Parking is plentiful. There is a covered carport and circular driveway, right in front of the entry door, with no need to walk any distance from your vehicle to the entrance, and no stairs.
There are two trash cans – one for regular trash and one for recycling. Trash is picked up twice a week, trash cans need to be placed on the curb on these days and put away after collection.
Groceries: If you would like to have the initial groceries delivered to the house prior to your arrival, it can be arranged for a small fee. We will send a list of items, and ask that you send back the request to us 36 hours prior to your arrival.
The tenant will reimburse the homeowner for the cost of the groceries (receipt will be provided) plus a convenience fee.
The pool is heated however we do charge a small daily fee for each day the heater is used to help with electrical costs. Details provided in contract.
Please supervise your children and pets in the backyard and do not leave them alone in the backyard. This is for their safety as well as the safety of maintenance workers. Expect landscaping and maintenance workers at least once a week, sometimes they may leave a gate open while mowing the lawn.
Please do not flush floss, wipes (even if it's "flushable") or any foreign objects down the toilets as it Will cause a blockage.
Please respect our home and belongings and keep the house in as clean as possible state at all times to prevent damage to our property.
The host lives nearby but usually does not need to meet the guest at check-in or check out. Access is completely private via the front door and self check in is made easy with a code to a smart lock. The code is changed after each guest and will be sent to you on the day of and shortly before check-in. We are certified in EPA approved COVID-19 cleaning. This is completed before and after each guest arrives at the house. Hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, and masks are available upon request.
Rental agreement will be sent to guest one week prior to check in. Rental agreement must be signed and returned to us. Check in information will not be released until this is received. Check in information will be texted 8 hours before check in.
