Fastigheten vid vattnet ligger bara nÄgra steg till stranden i hjÀrtat av Ft. Myers Beach pÄ norra Ànden av Estero Island. Detta ett sovrum / ett badrum Àr i det perfekta tropiska lÀget. Mycket privat och helt ombyggt. Bara 5 minuters promenad till den mest underbara sandstranden. Du behöver inte en hyrbil, eftersom du Àr tillrÀckligt nÀra för att promenera till stranden och alla restauranger, shopping och nattliv medan du njuter av vÄrt lugna omrÄde. Enheten har totalrenoverats och har ett fullt utrustat kök. Det finns ett vagnssystem pÄ stranden som du kan Äka upp och ner pÄ 7 mil ön. Om du föredrar en taxi ligger de i slutet av gatan. Skynda att hyra snabbt. DjurvÀnligt Vi Àr en 5 minuters promenad frÄn vÄr SUNNY Beach. Lokal tillgÄng till stranden ligger precis tvÀrs över gatan frÄn oss. 1/2 mil till torget dÀr den lokala fiskebrygga ligger. FÄnga Trolly i slutet av gatan. Tyst stadsdel belÀget nÀra alla Ft. Myers Beach SevÀrdheter. Du har allt! Du behöver inte en taxisÀte i slutet av gatan. Promenera till restauranger, strand. Det finns en 18 hÄll exekutiv golfbana som ligger pÄ Ft. Good Vacation

Ann and Tom are very nice people. Their home is very well kept and lacks for nothing. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The free tram covers quite a bit of the strip also.

Location Location Location

I had a fantastic stay at the Polermo Cir. location. It was clean and organized. Ann and Tom were very kind people and I felt ensured that it was safe and secure place to stay. There was a good working BBQ grill and the kitchen amenities were satisfactory for the amount of time I was going to be spending in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach and town square.

Great location!

Wonderful place to stay. Close to the beach, restaurants & shopping. Very private and quiet. Every morning and evening we enjoyed the covered porch looking out to the canal. Our trip was a mother, daughter get away and can’t wait to go back.

Awesome stay

This property was perfect for us and our 1 year old dog. The property owners Ann and Tom were so gracious. All the amenities were provided inside and out including beach gear. Coffee in the morning on the back patio was so peaceful and inviting. The ‘very’ short walk to the beach and city center was perfect. We look forward to visiting this property again.

Great location, you can walk to just about everything. The beach is a block away, great restaurants within a short walk, awesome covered patio, dog friendly, lovely owners! You can't go wrong!

Relaxing getaway

We had a great getaway at this rental. My wife and I needed some time to recharge and we found it here. We relaxed outside and enjoyed views of the water in the canal and all of the birds. The beach and the square were just a short walk and numerous restaurants were all within walking distance. We didn’t need to use our car.

Nice little Getaway

Great condo that is close to everything. Only about 5 minutes to the beach. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely stay there again. Tom and Ann answered all of our questions. Had a great time !!!!

Wonderful location for beach going

My daughter and I stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful time. Property has everything you need and the owners let you borrow beach chairs, etc. 5 minute walk to the beach and various restaurants and activities!

Perfect setting for 2 and perfect location!

Ann was wonderful to work with! We would definitely rent again from her if we return to Fort Myers Beach. The location was perfect for the beach, restaurants, and 7-11 convenience store. Beach chairs, laundry, cooler, grill are all provided as well.

Stayed a few nights and really enjoyed the experience.

The property is spotless clean and the location is fantastic for walking to both the beach and Times Square. The owners, Tom and Annie, are super helpful and have everything needed like beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, and beach cart. Highly recommend for a couple wanting to be close to town.

Awesome gem

Property was awesome. Anne and Tom are a delight and were extremely welcoming and helpful. Walking, you can get to multiple restaurants in seconds and to the pier in about 2 minutes. The house had everything you need and then some. Very quiet and inviting. Cant wait to return.

Just Perfect!

We loved staying at Fort Meyers Beach! The apartment was great, loved sitting on the patio watching the activity on the canal. We walked everywhere, to the beach, restaurants at night & shopping. There’s a 7-11 on the corner great for small items. The owners, Annie & Tom were wonderful, there for anything we might need & advice as to where to eat! Fantastic, perfect week!!!

Amazing location

We spent Christmas and New Year's here. I would highly recommend this place as it is very close to the beach, restaurants and at the same time very quiet and private. The patio facing the canal is really amazing. Annie and Tom are great hosts.

Wonderful stay.

Very cute and clean large studio apartment on a canal. Within a short walking distance to the beach and downtown area. Tom and Annie who own the property live upstairs and are a very nice couple. Would definitely rent again.
