This three-bedroom, two-bath condo is wonderfully decorated, bright, and spacious enough for everyone! The suite is just steps from the private walking path and just two blocks from the interactive fountains. Quiet and secluded, this is a Sunset Island experience you'll want to come back to time and time again. The home is very well furnished right down to its private balcony. The large kitchen and dining area are a great convenience while on vacation. There is storage for beach equipment, cable, free WiFi, and private parking for up to two vehicles. This wonderful home combined with all the classic amenities of Sunset Island make this a can't miss vacation experience.
This 37 Acre Gated Community is a private island community located on 67th Street. The condo and the community are ideal for a relaxing week at the beach. You'll be two blocks from the ocean, restaurants, mini-golf, the OC Bus, and shops. The Community features an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, three private beaches, boat slips, a crabbing pier, an island cafe and pool bar, a general store, 24-hour security with gated access, and an interactive fountain.
Things to Know
Condo package pricing (each condo package has an additional $15 fee paid to the condo association):
A building registration fee includes 6 facility passes and two parking passes (One pass is for a designated space in the parking garage 7â2 and one pass for parking on the clamshells). Children 3 and under do not require a facility pass. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. The fees are the following:
Winter (January 1- April 30 and October 1 â December 31) = $75
Spring (May 1 - May 25) = $110
Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 7) = $150
Fall (September 8 - September 30) = $110
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
