Great Notre Dame Home Close to Campus
We have a wonderful 3 bedroom home available for rent. It is less than a mile from Notre Dame campus. We bought it for our daughter to live in for her senior year. She has graduated so it is available for anyone that would like to come to South Bend. The house is too nice for college students but you will love spending a few days.

My husband went to Notre Dame and we loved coming up to South Bend. When our daughter got accepted to Notre Dame, we decided to buy a place so we can visit often.
We then realized she wanted to live in it when it was coming up on her senior year. We didn't want to give up our Notre Dame home so we bought one for the students. We just closed on the home and won't have any of them living in the house until August. We knew housing for Graduation is hard to find so we decided to rent it out for the summer before they move in. We are decorating it nicer than we would for normal student housing since we are renting it out this summer plus our daughter will live in it next year. We look forward to having some parents of the upcoming class plus some summer rentals use the home while it is vacant.
