The Ranch provides all the essential amenities (condiments, tea & coffee, blow dryer, towels & much more!) and some to enjoy your time away whether it be for work or play! The Ranch is pet friendly w/ a large comfy dog bed and water & food bowls. The Ranch is just minutes from UVA, NGIC, Monticello and Fork Union Military Academy. Your recently, fully remodeled and fully furnished 1972 Kingsbury Ranch home is going to be your new home away from home! Enjoy 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bath with gorgeous décor (most handmade by your host) and cozy country feel with a relaxing fully furnished carport turned oak wooden den to enjoy the natural gas fire place along with wine cooler, complimentary bottle of wine and flat screen tv. Relax, unwind and pull up a seat... we are glad to have you!

I moved to Charlottesville, VA in 2014 from Delaware. My boyfriend "T" Hoffman and I own 3 loving French Bulldogs and a Great Dane and love to be outdoors and working out.
