The house has 7 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms, a full walkout basement leads you out to an inground pool for cooling off on those hot days. Huge yard for children and adults.

Basement includes lounge areas as well as a large bathroom for changing for the outdoor recreation.

Main level boasts of huge eat in gourmet kitchen with views of the grounds including decks galore. Dining room seats 10 comfortably. Step down into the living room for relaxation.

This house has a separate apartment with 1 bedroom with 2 double beds and a day bed In the living room for the family that wants a bit more privacy with its own entrance, with it’s own deck , A/C comfortable space.

The upper level offers 3 bedrooms with hall bath. Master suite has it’s own private bathroom/ dressing room and walk in closet.

The basement has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The grounds consist of privacy with a huge yard, your own private pool, a pond on premises with a fire pit, a stream that runs parallel to the property which also includes a walk or bike path for miles.

There is a separate playhouse for teenagers or children's privacy and entertainment with lights and outlets.

Enjoy watching fish swim around in the pond.

This Resort like setting is the perfect location for family fun and relaxation, propane barbecue is available.

Must stay for ASV

This property is spectacular. My son was playing the 12U tournament at all-star village. We rented this house with some other parents and siblings of the players. It is about a 20 minute drive to all-star village. The kids kept themselves entertained fishing in the pond and exploring down by the creek. It was beautiful. The pool was clean and maintained and the game room was a perfect hang out. Tim lives across the driveway and is the groundskeeper. He is the best!!! He kept the pool nice, changed light bulbs for us, and offered his assistance and advice about the location. The house is plenty big to spread out and have my own space while staying with other families. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting ASV. Great to relax between games and keep siblings happy. We absolutely loved it!!!

Beautiful Property, Very Restrictive New Landlord

Facts: We rented the home for about 12 people with an intent to host a BBQ for our 12 y/o baseball team with boys playing wiffle ball in the yard one night. When booking, only 2 house rules were shown: Max 16 overnight guests, must be 30+ to rent. When we arrived, surprises included: rule book was shown with "no guests are allowed on property besides for 16 in the reservation", manager lives on the property 30 feet from the house, cameras were installed outside. We tried to come to an agreement to host our friends for 3 hours, including providing insurance, extra payment, and following any restrictions, however, everything was shot down. We proceeded to have the guests, nothing was broken or damaged. Next day the landlord tried to remove us from the property via the Sheriff for violating a rule we never agreed to, verbally or in writing. Local lawyer quickly confirmed the lack of any legal grounds for removal. We finished our stay during which the landlord proceeded to cut off our internet, cable and sent the manager to take pictures of the kids. Opinion: beautiful property, immaculately kept, manager Dorothea is excellent, the owner operates out of fear and compensates with control. We would have never stayed there if we knew the extent of it. Profit is important, liability is important, rules are important, and this business is about taking care of people. It's about human experience, vacations, joy and memories. If you are very clear about the rules upfront and they work for you, you should be just fine.
