Thanks for your great review! Curving country roads. They are very scenic but the turns make you go slow, which is a good thing since the local animals like to travel on them as well. I saw 10 deer last night in a 5 minute drive! I'm so happy that you liked the house and area. I hope that you will visit again.

Yeah! The home was recently able to get fiber internet which is vastly faster than DSL and greatly appreciated by our guests. It could not have come at a better time as more people are working and schooling remotely. I hope you are able to visit again, the summer is just gorgeous here and you'll be able to spend more time outdoors!

Yeah! We've had such a great winter of natural snow, the best winter in years for skiing! I hope you can make it up one more time before the season ends, there's still at least one month left.

Thank you for your feedback. There is at least one toilet in the house that has been running and is causing the sediment in the well to stir up. The house is on a filter and the fridge also has a water dispenser with new filter but until we can be certain that the system is running smooth we will advise guests to bring water for drinking and cooking. There is a small grocery store a few miles away and 2 larger supermarkets about 15-20 minutes in either direction but if you want to arrive prepared that's a good note. Enjoy the rest of your winter!

Thanks for your nice review! We are having a plumber come look at the pink water, I suspect that a running toilet is the culprit. We do have a filter system on the water in the kitchen but it sounds like the filter didn't take all of it out. Thanks for the tip!

That's so nice to hear! I love the local farm stores and stands. In the summer there's even more with roadside stands everywhere. I also love how the restaurants take advantage of local goods in their menus. I'm happy that you enjoyed your time here and look forward to hosting you again!

That's fantastic, thank you for such a nice review! I admit, it has to be one of the most comfortable couches I've ever sat on. It's such a nice spot in the winter too, snuggled up with a book while it's snowing outside. I love that the house is in a remote area but a short drive from conveniences, it really allows you to disconnect. Happy that you enjoyed it and I hope to host you again.
