Condo 506/403

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unsatisfactory! I rented Condo 403 2 months in advance of my reserved dates (4/3 to 4/20). On the way to Biloxi, I was advised that the Condo was not available as the owner had taken the Condo off of the market. I had a contract with this owner and I believe the owner is in “Breach of Contract” only to find out it was rented out during the some of the time I had it rented. Was I discriminated by the owner or did she rent it at a higher cost? I am considering a legal case against the owner or Biloxi Beach rentals. Unless I get an explanation of why I was canceled out at the last minute, you will hear from my Lawyer. Even to was given Condo 506. It was not to the standard I would rent!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always stay at Ocean Club. We usually try to spend the month of February in Biloxi. This year we were in unit 506. We have stayed in this unit before.There are many things that we like about the unit. The items for everyday use in the kitchen are more than adequate. We brought some extra items with us that were not needed.The dryer takes forever! It is not uncommon to take 3 hours to dry a load of towels.The mattress in the master bedroom is past its prime. The second bedroom one is fine.The cleaning crew might want to occasionally wipe all the baseboards, electrical outlets and light switches as they seem to need attention.The personnel we dealt with from the office through the maintenance staff were extremely helpful. Shout out to "Allie" for all her efforts in getting us set up for next year.

Our condo should have had a very deep cleaning, but I was told the owner had it cleaned a few months earlier and wouldn’t pay for another. The layout was great. The entire staff bent over backwards to make our stay great, office staff, maintenance workers, and residents were also very friendly. We did have an issue with the TV, and the living room furniture in our condo was very uncomfortable. Again staff did what they could to correct the issues. All in all our stay was great and we’re happy that we went. If health issues do not occur were hoping to go again.

Reviewer Comments: We really appreciate the office personnel at Ocean Club, they are most helpful if something is needed.In this unit, there could be a few more items for basic meal preparation. i.e, a 4 slot toaster, and a new coffee pot. Additionally, the blinds,and windows in this unit are very dirty, and need to be cleaned particularly in the living room, or the blinds need to be replaced. Also, the area rug in the living room has seen better days, as well as the 2 lamp shades. The master bedroom is very nice. It has an ample size t.v. and the king bed is very comfortable.Overall, we really like that this complex is right on the water, is centrally located to golf courses, casinos, and all that the area has to offer. Because of the coronavirus we gave us 11 days of our paid monthly rental, to return home. There is no refund or credit for this.

After several hours, I was moved to room 506. I was told about construction work prior to my stay, however I was advised that noise would be the only inconvenience. Only a short drive from the casino along the coastal road, really felt like we were on vacation. If you need a kitchen and want to get away from the smoke then this is the place to stay. Very nice secure property with the best internet connection any where in the US. Seriously I am not kidding. Each unit has its own wireless router, a huge plus if you are traveling with iPads, Apple TV etc. take note this is an apartment building, if you like to be waited on and need porters, room service, wake up calls, then this place is not for you. Once you check in you are pretty much on your own, which is what we like. Full size appliances, own washer and dryer in unit, all the comforts of home. My only negatives are no balcony furniture and no hangers in closet and if that's all I can find wrong they are doing pretty well. Nice relaxing, quite smoke free premium building, loved it.
