This luxury garden view 2bd 3ba condo is located at beautiful Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa on Kauai.
We are Unit #A303
Beautifully furnished and with central air for your comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked, top of the line appliances, granite countertops, and travertine flooring in the kitchen and baths. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master has a king size bed. The second bedroom had two full beds. Both have attached full baths.

The resort features breathtaking sunrises, lazy river pool, water slides, 3 sand bottom hot tubs, kiddie pool with a beach entry, BBQ’s, fitness center and a beautiful oceanfront restaurant and bar.

The unit has 3 flat screen TV’s, which includes a smart TV in the living room. Internet is also included. Dine on your private lanai.

Located in the A building, this is the closest building to the ocean. Great access to pool, beach and restaurant but no noise. Sleep with the doors open and hear the waves. Easy access to parking and elevator.

Waipouli Beach Resort is centrally located on the island. Safeway and Starbucks right across the street.

Kauai has many activities and adventures to offer. Land, Sea & Air. The choice is yours. Or just relax at this beautiful 5star resort.

Great resort with a family

Great location for exploring all of Kauai. Apartment is well set up and the pool was perfect for relaxing afternoons.

Location was amazing. The kids had a blast in the pool, and the Safeway across the street made meals easy. Jodi was great to work with, she was always very prompt in replying. Would definitely stay again!

Great resort in a good location

Easy check in, was very clean. Stocked with all the necessities including beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc. Location on the island is great and the resort itself has a fun pool area that was great for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and amenities!

We had an amazing stay! The resort pool and beach were amazing, the condo itself was perfect, and Jodi was great at communicating with us. Perfect location to go North or South to sightsee without spending hour or more in car either way. Shopping right across the street was perfect for stocking fridge with snacks!

Great location and unit

This is a large, well-furnished and maintained unit we enjoyed very much on our 5th trip to Kauai. The location, a bit south of Old Town Kapaa, is excellent - no where one wants to go on the island is a very long drive - and Safeway, Starbucks, and other stores are immediately across the street. It is in a resort, with a daily resort fee added, but the resort facilities were nice - large pool and lodging area, "family" and "adult" spas, private beach. Gripe - listing says "garden view" (important to us), but not really the case - more a parking area through a couple of trees.

We had an amazing time. Very clean, the kitchen was extremely well stocked, the beds were comfortable, there were extra beach items for us to use. The property itself is great. Great pool for kids and super central location. Right across the street from Safeway. We didn’t want to leave!

The pictures actually do not do the condo justice. Very roomy. Nice dark wood doors and trims. Comfy beds. Three bathrooms are very convenient. Good water pressure. Great communication from Jodi on check-in process. Right by the beautiful private beach -- no crowds. Felt like the beach was entirely ours in Kauai!

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo suite. It was well equipped in the kitchen and as well had beach chairs and snorkeling equipment for guest use. Jodi was very fast and responsive to any questions we had. Definitely would return to this property.

Great space for enjoying and exploring Kauai!

The condo and resort was a great spot for our family to spend a relaxing week in Kauai. Our kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, slides, and beach. The condo is the perfect size for our family and we enjoyed cooking several meals in the beautiful kitchen. It was within walking distance of several stores and restaurants which enabled us not to have to rent a car for the entire trip. It’s centrally located though and makes exploring the island easy.

Perfect location!

Loved the pool area! Lots of space to spread out in the condo. Clean with all the amenities we needed. Would suggest maybe extra blankets for the guest room but otherwise would absolutely stay here again!!! Jodi was the best host! Mahalo! đŸŒș🌮

The host Jodi was great. Always replied promptly and helped with dinner suggestions around the area. This resort is centrally located and it was the best in this area of Kauai. Good crowd at the resort with nice pools and restaurant on premises. We plan to return.

Love Waipouli

Great stay! Not our first time at Waipouli but our first time in this unit. Very clean and had all the basics we needed. Was awesome to have snorkels and coolers and chairs and we all enjoyed using the boogie board. Easy process in and out and excellent communication from the host! We will definitely stay again.
